Reliable but clunky and feels like it's one of many apps in a fragmented ecosystem. I don't necessarily think it's a technical fault rather than a product vision one, but all this is is just a reskinned zoom client. For that purpose, the user experience is rock solid. It would be nice to have a better side by side view of myself and the other party so I can understand what i look like/am doing while talking.

Occasionally the app will freeze or the sound will get distorted. I have experienced issues with the chat link in the past and was unable to connect to the video call. Since first using the app, it has drastically improved! After a few updates to the app, the quality of the video chat has exceeded my expectations as well. I would definitely recommend this app to others. It has been extremely helpful to see providers safety during COVID.

Regularly has issues with audio and video. The app also does not do well with being switched away from during a session and often needs to be restarted when you try to return to it. Overall it's better to do the simple practice Telehealth sessions on your PC and not ever try to use this app on a phone.

The app works well. Sometimes there is a glitch and the video lags behind the audio or visa versa. The person on the other end just refreshes the screen or something, and it fixes the problem. Without fixing it,it is like watching a movie that has the voices dubbed in. I still give it 4 stars though, for the convenience alone.

2 serious problems. There is no option to record calls, and you can't switch windows without interrupting the call. That means I can't look at my notes or add to them, so I'm forced to memorise everything (which is difficult and stressful since I'm not an auditory learner at all) or quickly write down whatever I can remember by hand on paper (which takes too long). The only reason it gets 2 stars and not 1 is because the app runs decently smoothly and doesn't crash often.

Video sometime drops out, but thankfully audio is always there. Video is sometimes delayed a bit or pixilated, but it is all workable. So grateful to have this as an option! So incredibly helpful! UPDATE: been using Telehealth for over a year now. App is now more stable and video/audio quality is very good to excellent 98% of the time. Really pleased with how well it works!

Much more comfortable to talk by being in my own safe feeling environment. Less pressure helping me to be more open to my needs. Makes it easier to talk. Helps untangle the web that I feel and explore my options by feeling more relaxed at home then in someone's office. It reduces the drive and the anxiety on the way to see therapy. Better fits my schedule and is more convenient to attend more regularly. Resulting in a better Outlook and outcome by being there in all my sessions.

I really find it helpful and simple to operate. It adds to my Google calendar and I can click on the link which sends me straight in. I think a fabulous feature is that you can turn your own picture off and on to the screen depending on how distracting it is for you to see your own face or not during a session.

The web app works great, but using the mobile app was harder than it should be. Clicking the call link in my notification opened my web browser & prompted me to download the app, even though I had the app installed. I had to go way out of my way to get around that and into my call, and it was unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. It should be easier to join a scheduled call! My provider also said other people have named the same issue. Please fix!

UPDATE Still Frustrated 😞. Now that the landscape mode has been fixed for a few updates I have another annoying problem. Every session at 45 minutes my audio cuts out with my doctor. She days it gets real quiet and sounds robotic. I end the session and restart and it is fine again. We both have checked everything and can find no problems on our end.

For the complaints re slow speed, lag time video sluggishness, etc.: 1) Restart your device. You should be doing this everyday anyway. 2) Kill background apps 3) Can't do landscape? Check for update of program and OS. I just spent 2 hours not only using landscape but also switching to portrait and back 02-23-22, can't share screen on Android. Claims I have most recent version. Downgraded from 5 to 4 stars because of this. Clear vocal, very little lag time. Overall I'm pleased with the app.

This was a second attempt to utilize this app with no video or audio this time. I could hear the therapist but it was choppy and unclear. Her video continued to be freeze frame until I became frustrated with lost of time for session I told her to call me to complete session. Worst app compared to Doxy.me who has a testing setting to eliminate problems during strictly timed sessions. 😤😞😠

Being able to meet with a mental health professional via Telehealth has been wonderful. The application is super easy to use and has been reliable throughout our sessions. In a time when face-to-face isn't always possible/safe, Telehealth is a wonderful tool available to connect with a professional for help through.

This app is great if you can't meet in person with your doctor. Especially during the Covid, the complication it has caused. So convenient. Although sometimes it buffers & sometimes no sound. Which leaves you unable to talk. Which is why we use this. So it's a great app but needs a bit of fixing. Fix these issues and it's five star's

Better for appointments than Zoom. I just wish the app would accomodate for landscape(horizontal) viewing or recording angles instead of just for portrait(vertical) angles. Not everyone wants to hold their phones all the time through the calls, and some of us use phone tripods to give their hands a rest. Please develop a way to rotate the screen/angle to horizontal.

The app kept pushing me out of my appointment. I had to rejoin several times even though I had full cell service and an excellent connection. My phone overheated and froze several times and removed the sound from the other person. It was a terrible experience.

A smooth and simple experience... they don't over complicate it and you're able to focus on what's being said and shown, instead of having to figure out technological "how to" and other common virtual app glitches a well thought out and executed app. I'm loving it so far 👌

It works great, but the only issue I have is that when I want to go check my phone's calendar to check my schedule the call cuts off. This is very inconvient when trying to set an appoinment. Outside of that it is super easy and efficient to use.

Too many issues. I tried using the link to open telehealth in browser but it forced me to download the app. My therapist and i got disconnected not even 20 minutes into the call and had to reconnect. Also this app cause my phone to overheat dangerously to the point where my phone tried to shut down for safety reasons. That part could just be my outdated phone but still not something I would expect from a professional app

On most occasions telehealth has worked magnificently for me. There have been a couple of occasions where it simply would not connect. But the overall quality of the sound and connection when it has worked has always been excellent.

Absolutely love this app I'm so thankful that this app exists to provide me with Healthcare at the tap of a button. The connection is always good. The clarity of the voice and lip being in sync is really helpful. I'm hearing impaired and I am able to use this without any problems.

The app works well, with occasional signal issues being the only downfall. I'm grateful to have a great doctor that works with me when technical difficulties happen, but when things work as intended (95% if the time), it's great!

The picture quality of the other person's screen shows their face is in pixels & blurred most of the visit. However, the smaller box showing my own face is completely clear & crisp. The voice connection quality is really clear & doesn't have any issues whatsoever

My therapist does telehealth only since the pandemic, and I can't praise this app enough. I love being able to be in my own comfortable space and talk to my therapist securely. It has great options for in-app messaging, and other ways to get the most out of the experience.

The app couldn't be simpler and works well. There is only a very, very slight choppiness and delay, which may just as likely be the internet/data connection rather than the app.

This app (latest version) is very easy to use and a great way to connect with my therapist. However, I would like to be able to chat or email Telehealth with a question. I don't see any place to do that, so I am asking it here. My therapist is able to switch to various background filters through the app. I can't find where or how to do that. She also said that other clients were able to use the background filters, so it's not just for the provider. Does anyone have any insight about this?

Works really well; easy to use. Only issue is that the video feed freezes occasionally, and you have to close and restart the session to u freeze it.

Works ok except at some point it updated and I can no longer use it in landscape. Very frustrating. 11/17/21 Still can't use landscape. Other than that, good. I no longer have this issue. Back to find stars

On my Android, i can never take a text reminder and go straight into the appointment, even though I've downloaded the app. Every visit I lose ten minutes trying to get into my appointment, or worse, giving up and just doing the session by phone.

Video or audio issues almost every call. It doesn't last the entire call but it happens. We have switched to phone because it didn't work on a particular day. When it works it is nice.
