Fiinnnaallllyyyyy an English option for the app! I gave it one star before because I never knew how to use it. Now it deserves 4+ stars atleast. Thank you for listening to your customers even if it happened after almost 3 years of continuous complaining :) keep listening to customers and keep up the good quality. It works! I use this app to pay my internet fee, and it is easy to use - no issue with forgotten passwords and the payment with debit is easy as hell!! Thanks guys for your effort!
English version can be chosen but never works... i can not. pay any penny and I dont know Hungarian how to add money where to find and how... not user friendly and only for local can not be international
English settings still doesn't work please update that guys! Otherwise app works fine. I'll change the rating once English language starts to work :/
2022: 3 years after my review and no English support, telekom is an international service provider, lack of En support is frankly inacceptable ! --- Is there any English app or a possibility to change to English? sometime even though I translate what it shows, but it just doesn't work. it's hard, i love telekom, other providers have english platforms. hope telekom will consider this ASAP!!
Excellent. I am a USA guy in Hungary using this app and Telekom SIM card. It is easy to use, I had no issue
Incredibly irritating to use. The whole app is incredibly sluggish and the UI is unintuitive. It's also impossible to buy mobile data if you currently don't have any and don't have an internet connection. The transaction portal simply won't load in that case. Why is there not one app that can be used by every country's T-Mobile division? Why do you have to reinvent the wheel in the most incompetent manner possible, the only thing you have to do is to translate an app from another division.
Only available in one language despite the many languages and diversity of people using this service. Worst customer service experience, online and in stores.
Decent app, with a few issues. Every day for a week now, I have been notified to activate the "Domino Now" option, even though it's already activated. The only available widget takes up too much space on the home screen.
why is this version of T-Mobile so much better??? you guys should just combine it as one app, or at least have a fluent design
well, to start with, I won't say that it wasn't great before, but all of a sudden from this June, telecom changed their data package especially 4GB that we used to top up with 3500ft before and now, it was changed from 4gb to 3.5gb with the same price 😡 it's really ridiculous. if you opt to change/reduce the package, should as well reduce the price period
The app was working well for a while, and now it crashes everytime I open it even after several reinstalls. Edit1: Downgraded my app to an older version and it solved the issue, if you release a version that is not supported anymore on an older android version just raise the version requirements so it won't fail when users auto update Edit2: They fixed the bug and it's working all well again so far
Fast, easy to use and a super app.
Does not start on android 12. Please fix it urgently. Took them 3 weeks to fix the bug regading the Android 12 issue. Extremly slow respose, which undermines their relatively decent mobile services.
This is a completely useless and buggy, slow app! Zero feature and use, you cannot even see you HBO pack or modify it, you cannot do anything just to view the basic services. Cannot extend expired loyalty packs or change them etc. This is pathetic from the big Telekom... a bad joke. Cannot do anything else than checking payable bills and making instant card payments of bills. Cannot change services etc
Does not work well and is not useful either. Also redirects to telekom's chat where they could not help either.
Bloated and unresponsive app, it cares more about loading ads, than anything else. It takes multiple attempts to add back my own number after an update. I couldn't top up in half an hour, I had to use another way. "Maximális ügyfélélmény" nothing could be farther from the truth. Stop wasting your customers' time!
If they would just implement the English language within the app it would get 5 stars. English is really important!😅 In case you don't know, you have thousands of foreign customers! Don't tell me about app being under development because I have been using the app for 6 years now 😂 and still no English!!
It is very hard to find the service or the subject. Or there is nő option. It hurts in critical situations. For example, The service can stop due to quota limitations, apps become dark and you are driving on the road of another country, you are already tired and you can't add more quota.
Worst app ever. With such a high amount of expats in Hungary, it would be NICE to have this app in English as well. The app in Hungarian IS USELESS. I am considering changing phone company, looking for something more inclusive with non Hungarian people.
On average I get an unkonwn error every second time I launch it. Can you implement known errors so I know whats wrong? Especially if the version is wrong and I have to update the app. Just put in a button to open the store page.
Hello, it will be really good is there is a way to switch to English. Comments below indicate that in 2018 there was almost no plan to support English, however later it seems planned but open ended. It should not be that hard if the apple version is declared as multi lingual. Not sure if this will come to the app I 2020 or in 2023
It is unreliable. You push a button, nothing happens. They advertise a 10 days unlimited internet acces if you register for it using this app, but the app does not work. You push the registration button and nothing happens.
Root root root... We need it to run on rooted phones. It did before without any issues. Now it does not all of a sudden. Thanks for the nice update 😉 it became a useless piece of junk. Uninstalling.
I cannot top up my credits through the app for several months now, there's always an error. For anything to work I need to use the webpage. I'm surprised noone tried to fix this issue yet.
There is no English version of the app or no way to switch to English... While Vodafone and Telenor do have that option.... Telecom Really need to work on it to compete with competitors.
App takes 50 seconds to load on a new Samsung s21+. Clearly not the device's fault. Authentication SMS never arrives. In 82 minutes i didnt get the 10 SMSs for the authentication. Then they all came once. So frustrating. Why don't you fix things? So many user complaints. Shame..
Cannot top up my balance, after approving the transaction it throws back to the top up menu where I can select the amount. Great, now I cannot call anybody unless I use ther domino plus bs, or get stranded..
March 2022: English version available. Not all is in English but the stars went from1 to 3. Thank you ! 2022: 2 years after my first comment, no English version still ‐---------- 2020: English versión should be a must. I know... its coming and not this year.. Vodafone has English app. I am considering changing to them so I can actually see what am I agreeing to when I purchase something online. If you know Hungarian the app is overall good.
