Extremely slow and glitchy. App does not actually shut down taking large amounts of batterie power as well as requires acess to your location services, so simply saying it continues to track outside of times you intend to use the app there some serious fixes that need to happen overaul. Sugestions: have the location services only be active while you are during your work hours or intented use of the app allow the app to actually close and stop running fix over all usibilty is very bogged down
enjoyed taking the photos at first but now everytime i take a photo to clock in, the app shuts down. and the photo dont save so i have to do all of it 3 or 4 times just to clock in. ive reported it almost every time yet no fix yet. Soooo frustrating!!!😠😡🤬🤦💆🖕
I think theres a bug in the Timesheets tab because when I tap on a specific day my page will not show details. Its just white screen with the date and arrows at thr top. Id be happy to send some screen shotsof what i mean.
none stop problems logging in with the app constantly asking me to reset the app. seems to work on apple products but has constant issues on an android.
With my new update I lost my login so I tried resetting the password but one I get the message and enter the code it doesn't do anything. This used to be a great app
I tried to reset my password, it sent me the code to type in, I change my password and then it doesnt work. I try my password from before and it doesnt work. I literally cant login now. I've tried to reset the password multiple times. ITS NOT WORKING.
Terrible app! Needs to be discontinued. Take almost 10min to perform just one function. You end up 5min late or your boss thinks you are stealing time.
the app was working just fine but now it will not open i uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it keeps saying to restart the app i dont know what to do i need this app for work.
app kept closing every time i take a picture... totally unreliable... could accomplish same thing with email... minus GPS tracking
Cant clock in and the password reset doesnt work. This app is a joke and It sucks that my pay is dependent on it.
Even when you close out the app it still tracks your location and it drains your battery constantly
horrible kicked me off then had my boss reset the app for me with a new username and password and it still won't let me log in.
Giving this app one star feels like too much. Horrible design, horrible user experience, horrible in everything.

drains half my battery in 4 hours with hardly any use just to check the time.
uploading pictures is a pain. some UI FUNTIONS COULD BE DESIGNED BETTER.

Location service for this app doesn't close when you stop using it and it drains battery.
Doesnt process my meal times or send accurate info to supervisor. Doesn't process my clockouts at the end of each shift either and I have to close app every time I use it

It continually shuts down and won't acknowledge pictures I have to submit thru the app. Poor functionality.
If you have to reset your password, nothing happens and there is no way to call anyone to ask questions
A.) This app continues to track your location even upon closing of the app. I'm not comfortable with this and it urgently needs to be addressed by the developers. B.) This app constantly uses your location services (GPS) even when you have closed the app. This equates to a constant and massive battery drain. One star solely on the fact that this app does not stop running once you have closed it. You manually have to force stop this app. This requires a lot of extra time and hassle.
