Telemart

Filter not work. And its shows lots of iPhone in phone section. In filter search I deselected iPhone but it still shows me that.

I ordered a juicer machine on 14th November 2021 and still waiting for my product. My mistake was that, I made advance payment. They just give false consolations, when you submit tickets on their support portal. Their is no other way to contact them. Plz be careful while giving online order in this app. At least don't pay them advance.

I can't seem to decide which is worst. The app or their CS, the app is super finicky. Takes ages to open, the filters and buttons doesn't make any sense at all. The CS is beyond pathetic, it's almost as if that they are trying really hard to make sure that on one orders from them again. An utter waste of time!!

Worst experience ever with this app. They never deliver order after taking payment and payment is returned after 1 month. Never buy anything from Telemart ever.

The app UI has gotten better and fluid but filter and sort are still broken. No developer feedback on the crticial reviews really damages customer trust.

Very vey disappointed.. Very slow. Very irresponsible. I have ordered a mobile on 28th of November but its still in process. Giving 0 star.

The app scrollig experience is extremely slow. When I get down to bottom I have to wait for results to load. Then when the results are loaded, scrolling further down the page is hell and like a crawling turtle. First i thought my phone or internet has a problem. But no its the app which is buggy and sluggish to load results and scrolling experience.

there alot alot bugs in your app, atleast do something with your filter and sort option. they don't work well.

Has THE worst search bar You cannot search for your desired item it will list a long search list of completely unrelated items. Telemart is sadly a good electronics outlet with the worst and glitchy software. Update screen appears at start, but there is no update available on play store. Not able to run it

I wish there was an option of 0 stars, i would give telemart that. When you book something, they ask you to pay in advance, after that they start their quest for your product(they dont have it available in their inventory) and after wait of excruciating 3 to 4 weeks, they will deliver your product. Plus they dont pick up phone.

Whenever I launch the app, it redicts me to a page of allowing this app to run on start up. Why? No other app requests that. All apps are denied of it. And they all work fine. App is slow, drops frames. Not well optimized.

App has error, mostly crashes while picking list of items. On top this when i made order somehow the total processing time to delivery the the slowest among competitors. Charges you 200rs that is more then the avg cost for any shipment company still choose the worst/slowest possible option for deliver.

Never buy any item from them. They list items under 'In Stock' but after you have paid for that item they tell you that they don't have that item. They scam you. They haven't delivered my order which was paid in full even after a week, no refund has been made either.

Horrible experience Ordered a product listed at 39500 from a third party app which is linked to this site...they confirmed it even gave confirmation that in future they wont change price i waited 3 days no confirmation from their side then i called them they canceled it didnt even send email and wasted my time and days worst experience.... They claimed price changed well change or not at the time.of my order the price was as such mentioned above....

Seriously, have someone proper develop your app. I mean if I tap add to cart followed by selecting that I'd like to continue shopping why does it land back on the main page? I mean id like to purchase additional items from where I am. The logic of being sent back to the main page makes no sense.

Telemart is the best online service to buy products though of its amazing reputation, Telemart is a bit slower than its competitors in terms of Customer Care, the staff is amazing but no one responds to the Helpline also I ordered a Mobile Phone from Telemart which had a delivery time of 5-7 days but Telemart reached out to me in 2 weeks. Longer than expected. Telemart might lose its reputation of the best online brand if these terms aren't taken proper care of. Best Regards.

Update:I got my refund but this company is very unprofessional with worst cust support. ..... In case if you receive a demaged product and apply for a retrun then you have thrown yourself into a deep problem. I sent a damaged item back, they promised to refund my order amount but once the product got delivered their team stopped replying to my email. I then sent 3 follow up emails but it's been almost a week and all my emails are unanswered. Worst ever online experience. Not recommended at all.

pathetic customer service and never ever pay them in advance. They won't ship your product on time and you won't be able to do anything as they will keep disconecting your calls if you try to complain about there service. I ordered a product, paid in advance and they dispatched it after 2 weeks(they were not refunding the amount). There manager and other customer service staff was rude, pathetic and unprofessional, who kept on lying and disconecting my calls.

I recently ordered a product which was not delivered because it was out of stock. I, therefore, received an apology email from a "no-reply" address with an "Exclusive Discount Code" but the fun part is that the code does not work on any order even though it is still a week away from being expired. I'm not sure what Telemart is doing here, customer service is an important part of doing business, you haven't just lost me as a customer but also all the people I was going to refer and further.

Update: Very disappointed with their shipment. I was told that it will be delivered within 2 days but after 2 e Weeks i did not recieve my parcell nor the shipment email. I was told that i will get an email when order is shipped. I tried contacting support they only said that it is under processing and will be delivered to you at a specific time. And now they are asking for 2 more days. Every time i am replied with a message of 2 more day. Poor delivery service. Poor customer service. NOT RECOM.

I had a great experience with telemart. Their follow-up is awesome. The officer there dealt with highly positive and professional attitude. I got a good experience of ordering camera there.

The app don't run smoothly. Too much laggy. There's too much loading. The search option isn't working that specifically. I think the app need improvement!

Worst possible app! Non existence customer service, there is just no way to contact them. Orders get canceled randomly even when the product page shows in store. Pathetic service!!
