It was a great experience. I saved money on gas and time. I recommend it for those that are able to make their needs made known and are detailed oriented. I would rather have real eyes instead of a camera if nobody could help me make my needs known like if I was elderly, confused or forgetful, and had several problems going on.
UPDATE: I would like to kmow why this app is not compatible with Galaxy Tablets. I prefer to use that over my cell phone. I have used this app once since my doctor's clinic began using telemedicine. This one works very well. Sound and audio is clear and video is smooth.
Doesn't work half the time. It's more because of my iffy Wi-Fi signal in my apartment. I don't have internet service set up. I can usually get internet access from my phone but the app video conference features have trouble getting connected.
This is very complicated. It is a real time stealer. I would rather change doctors than have to do this again. All I wanted was a refill of a previous Rx. I have been on the phone for 2 hrs now and still dont know if I will be able to connect with doctor. This has set telephone connection back to the partyline days. That's about 60 years for all you who are younger than that.
Can't open. In a continuous loop of it saying there is an update which takes me back to the store here which shows no update. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling to no avail.
So far a pointless waste of time. App fails at "add patient", even when you are the patient you are trying to add. In the first place, you already go through all the security garbage, just to install the app in the first place. ID / Password, verification, the whole bit. Finally you think you are done. hahahahahaha. Yeah, you're done alright. First thing it wants is to "add patient". AND..... it won't let you add patient. Epic Fail.
Brenda set us up for telemedicine. What a professional! I am sure her experience working with us was trying,but she never gave a clue. Due to her we had an excellent time with our very competent NP.
Regustration failed with no guidance on how to proceed after i installed the app??? Therefore, no way to connect before the visit. The prompt said i was already registered but when i attempted to log in, it didnt recognize my username and password.
It took me 4x's for this update & on this app., to finally download & so I could finally sign in for my appt. However my telemedicine appt for 6/18/20, was cancelled cuz I wasn't signed in thanks to this retarded, app!!! So I had to rescheduled my appt! You really need to take this darn upload out or have an easier option!!
Had unnecessary trouble with my password this morning. when one has to change a passs word why do you require the patient to type in current password? If they've forgotten their password how do they know the current password. How are you all not thinking? Also it should say on the password line show password so that you can click it and see that you've typed the full password correctly. WellMed is not getting their money out of this web designer
Cant register, i complete the required fields at the bottom there is only ONE option to select which is incorrect. I select it and it says the information is incorrect
Was good but now only displays an upgrade flag. Useless now. Uninstalled reinstalled & still nothing works anymore. U ruined it and I am sick and need dr now. Don't fix what isn't broken!
Worked fine the first time. Now all I get is new version message but app won't open or allow me to log in. If it's this much of a bother, I'll do a walk in to the office which I was trying to avoid.
Every time I have a doctors appointment, I have to update this app or I can't use it. That seems to cause the most problems. Then we meet either verrry late or we missed the appt.
Spectacular, such great customer service skills. So very compassionate, and understanding. The response was immediate, and boy did I need it. I was on the very of a panic attack.
Difficult to set up on a phone, use desk top or lap top. Some answers cannot be loaded in any case.
The least worthy professional service i have ever tried to use. And that is such an understatement because I can't find the right words to express my anger at their ineptitude. I recommend never using this service and instead visit your doctor in person!
This app wants permissions to video files and photos but also wants permission to take pictures and videos from my device? Really? 🖕
The app says can't log into server, and it was working before and now it doesn't work anymore
Have app downloaded on two phones but could not download on laptop. Would be nice to be able to put on computer also.
Difficult to get registered. A good application is easy to use. With the technology available today,. This should not be this difficult!
It was a great experience. Would not mind using it as an alternative when I'm sick and can't drive to the doctors office.
I was more than happy useing (Telemedicine/wellMed) There were no adds or anyone too mess with the your appointment your in and out.
You have upgraded to the 1.6 version and it is not available on Android so I was unable to make my appointment.
This app requires access to ALL FILES & PHOTOS to work. Total overreach and invasive.
Very bad connectin. Cut off before i knew when my rx was. Plus i waited about 17 min after apointment time, just sitting there wondering what was going on.. Just waiting.. And waiting..
Where is the list of my medications? I tried to pull up past visits for this year and got nothing. I am not finding this app very helpful to the patient. Any suggestions?
Signed up through browser but would not allow me to select myself as patient. Downloaded app and would not allow me to select already a patient, the step before selecting patient.
Completely unresponsive. Very frustrating.
Useless....went through the effort to set up an account but when it came time to set myself up as the patient suddenly it won't work. Just keeps saying "request failed-try again". If it won't even let me set myself up in the system, I can just imagine the amount of trouble I'll have actually using the app. Should've known it was a joke. Thanks, but no thanks, I'll stick to just going and seeing my dr-even if it is out of town.
