It's actually a good application but the customer service is the worst ever I've been waiting since December 2021 for the master card and i didn't receive it till now! Around 4 months of waiting I called the customer service department and telenor but that's useless, each time they were promising me that I'm going to receive it as soon as possible and i receive nothing 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Terrible experience trying to register as a foreign citizen, Yesterday, at the evening, I showed them govt Id and my registration from hotel, they told they need a tax id of place of stay in order to register me. I went to a hotel and asked them to write down this id . Also I checked if this is valid registration document at nearest police station Today I was again visiting yettel shop place at about 2:50 pm and they told me this document isnt valid, and told me go to bank. Terrible service

I have to renew my pin code for the app every other day. Even when i enter correct code, it say that is wrong. Very anoying and non-sensical bug.

I'm totally cool with app. Does what it needs to do. Transfer money is easy, paying bills is easy with QR code. Doesn't bug, and only thing i would like to see is push notifications to work.

Dissatisfied with the application: shows past, realized transactions as future reserved transactions for the same amount. The application shows a wrong, reduced balance on the account.

The app does what it should, most of the time. The UX and the UI are terrible, it's non-intuitive and slow. As for bugs, on a regular basis I get the loading animation to circle endlessly, even when my connection is good. This happens during the login, as well as in the middle of going through the app. Also, after filling out the payment form, and clicking on the pay button, a lot of times nothing happens, and I have to refresh it, and do it all over again to see if it will work then.

The app and the bank itself keep getting worse and worse. I really liked it at first, it was the most inovative bank in Serbia but lately I'm thinking it is time to leave. The app is annoyingly slow, instant transactions are not instant sometimes, I had do attach the same document over and over again to justify some payments, errors I was getting while performing certain actions were usless and it took me a while to understand what was the problem. It is quite disappointing.

Always slow to load anything (for years, even before the switch from Telenor to Mobi), the UI is awful - it's like a programmer designed it instead of an actual UI designer. Menus are cluttered and messy, it can be hard to find an option you want sometimes. The bank itself is alright but the app is difficult to use. I hope the higher-ups allocate some more funding to the developers of this app.

The app is simply put horrible. Too slow to load anything, unintuitive, uses custom built input methods that are on all accounts worse than the Android built in input methods. The layout is also outdated. But again, I have to emphasize that it's painfully slow. That's the worst part.

Since Telenor became Mobi this app is a complete mess. Nothing works properly. Sometimes it doesn't allow paying with card in a store, sometimes it won't allow you access the app (wrong passcode), sometimes it won't send the confirmation code after you're paying online. You never know when it's not gonna function properly. This was a best bank in Serbian market, but now it has become a joke. What a shame. There should be serious improvements to the system.

Excelent app, but unfortunately it's not possible to make a payment since the phone is updated to Android 10. The "proceed" ("nastavi") button is missing. It's the only thing missing for 5 stars rating. Hope it will be fixed soon.

The app has completely random glitches - you transfer money once, and for the second transfer the 'pay' option simply doesn't work. It is makes the app completely unreliable. It has gone downhill since the last update.

I love this app but there is lack in design part. Would be great if you make it look more minimalistic, make few animations to make it look more fluid. Hire few web designers and make it very modern. At the moment its looking very outdated, but its working flawlessly.

So many bugs while trying to pay a bill to an organization. I'm very frustrated because of that, I've tried three times to pay (for someone else) and failed every time. Good design, but extremely many bugs in form for paying bills.

App is ok. It functions properly. I have small bug with 1 message showing always in inbox, but inbox is empty. One thing I don't like is lack of paypass option on mobile phone. When you put this option it will be 5 stars

To slow,takes ages to load if ever does,and if you are lucky enough not to get "check your internet connection" msg... It keep switching between qurrency on it own All in all very poorly made app considering that is made for a bank ,so much room to improve,and i hope they will coz I'm abt to stop using it if it keeps being so useless

For a bank application too many bugs. Sometimes it's working sometimes not. This is not acceptable. Cannot make transaction on wifi most of the time!! I am on the edge of changing bank. Please fix!!

I can't even login to my account. It says that there's an update for weeks and when i reinstall the app it asks me for a new pin that it won't accept. Banking app should be available and stable, this is a disgrace.

Overall okay, but it's frustrating that push notifications don't work, it's been years now. Please fix that. Plus, add fingerprint for login, this with pin is so deprecated.

Practical but too slow and often showing wrong errors (e.g. Check internet conection while I'm on 100+Mbps wireless network). But loading times are anoying.

It doesn't make any sence to have mobil bank and not be able to use app, with all requests permits and stuff.... no way Jose- my contact, pictures, mic are mine. I am going to close my account during next week once i shift all my account to other bank. One star is just becouse i can't put no star!!!

App garbage. Hard to use. Complicated to register. Gave you pass on opening acc, but can't locate you with email and phone number????? I opened in office my account and ordered card. Even customer service couldn't register my card. They send me on YouTube to see steps. Those steps were not possible etc.. simple I changed the bank. Thank yoi

Every day the app is getting worse and slower. It is killing my phone. I will have to close my account because it is almost impossible to make any payment via app in the past month.
