Teleopti WFM MyTime
Teleopti WFM MyTime is a fully functional interactive application, allowing users of the Teleopti WFM solution to view and manage their work schedules. The Teleopti WFM MyTime app is compatible with Cloud and On-Premise installations, to allow users to check and manage their schedules from anywhere at any time.
Users can view their schedule day by day, week by week or month by month. Using clear and simple pages, users can clearly see all activities during a day, when they are scheduled for lunch, what time they finish, what overtime they are working. It’s also possible to view team members’ schedules, allowing easy coordination for meetings and other activities.
Users can easily notify any absence due to sickness, request vacation, and check the status of a request. Advanced, but simple to use features, also include the setting of availability and shift trades. Setting availability is a great feature for many agents, but especially for part time workers such as students, who need to be able to vary their work times. Through a powerful shift trading functionality users can quickly adapt working times with colleagues to suit their own lifestyle, all with a few simple finger touches. A great feature for agents, and a huge time saver for their supervisors. Naturally notifications and messages can be viewed so you can quickly know of any changes.
Please Note: A customer's IT department must allow agents to have access to MyTime from the Internet before this app may be used.

It looks and operates the exact same as the mobile website...which is mediocre at best. Trying to manage agent schedules and add activities is very difficult as they don't fit on screen well for viewing. Personally, if I have to use my phone and Teleopti, I'll visit the website in desktop mode where I can see everything I need and zoom in as required.
Absolutely useless app! Always had issues with it on my s7, would only open if I had completely stopped the app from running prior to opening. Now have an s9 and can very rarely get the app to load, when it does finally load it asks for my url, but won't accept it. I've done by the QR code, manually typing it, and copy and pasting it, each time of just tells me it's wrong. But never mind... Not like it would be useful to have access to my shifts outside of work...
One of the most pointless apps I've even seen.. It's just a shell for the browser so you have a quick link to the website, pointless having this as there are things called bookmarks. If I could connect with my Google Calendar I'd give it 5 stars just for that, but at the moment this app does nothing apart from taking up extra space in my phone when I have a bookmark to the same place.
Great app, would just like the feature to manually change what view you'd like to see your schedule. (Specifically daily and weekly) as of now, my app can jump into weekly view and then next time I start the app it's on daily view and there's no way to manually change it back. I know that you can change to monthly view by clicking on the calendar icon, but I would like a dedicated button to change between weekly and daily. Otherwise great work
It simply is not user friendly for employees. It gives very little instruction and no trouble shooting options upon start up for people who don't understand or remember what it is asking for. However, if it works like it does on my work computer ot an amazing easy to use thing. I am not sure if the app and program on computer are sperate but honestly think the app should give other start up options beside the URL then I would be saved a 2 hour bus ride to ho see if my time off was approved.
Absolutely awful. I said yes to updates on my phone then my ffffffkg rota app gets knocked out. FFS can't even set it back up. Thanks for the annoyance android phone updates. I have tried and tried now going to start taking photos of my shift pattern now. Thank you so much for your inconvenience.
The entire system is a mess. Tickets submitted for changes PRIOR to the change do not sync and cause occurrences in attendance. Accrued hours like PTO either do not sync regularly or are allocated incorrectly, ... I feel like I'm literally disputing daily because it does not ever reflect true productive time accurately. The app is not user friendly and while desktop is a bit easier to navigate, the information accuracy is deplorable.
In 15% of the time, it works every time. Seriously though, the app rarely ever loads, so I can't keep up with rota changes when not at the office. My colleagues have the same issue & work is looking into using a different shift app.
When the app works its great. I use the app version on my samsung galaxy s10+ for work purposes to view my rota. I'm missing alot of options not sure what has happened. I have to uninstall it and re install it which temporary fixes the issues but then same issue again where some options are missing. For example i cannot view it on a weekly basis and monthly basis and when pressing the 3 lined menu icon in the top left hand corner it does not show any options visible
Worked once and then never again. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it just shows a blank white screen. A real shame because this would have been a really useful app if it actually worked.
Since update, user is logged out and it will not accept correct log ins, however it still gives toast notifications of schedule changes as if user is logged in (just won't let you access through the app itself). Clearly a fault if a user can be both logged in and not logged in at the same time, and valid credentials rejected.
This app is 100% useless. 90% of the time it will load to a blank white screen, the other 10% you will get a please wait text box where it just perpetually loads. This app is great if you're looking for an easy and effective way to kill your phone battery.
The link is no longer working. I keep on getting an error saying that the URL is invalid. I even tried to reinstall the app, but same issue persists. Not sure if this is a bug, but please have your developer check it as we always rely to the app for shedule and filing of leaves.
Very bad app compared to others especially WIW. Each time I try to reopen the app i got white screen. Then I have to quit the app and reopen it. I'm wondering if the developer can add more features like splitting shifts hours which gives more flexibility to the employees
i have a Samsung Galaxy 8 and the app used to work perfectly then i had an update and i can not longer use the app. i read the other reviews and tried to use https rather than http and still no luck. I have contacted my managed who has been in talks with the administrator and nothing they have requested i try has worked. please update you app so it can be used across all platforms
A very useful tool I use at all times! I keep this on my top 5 apps! This saves my tail from any late day, sick day, or any serious emergency. BUT 1 issue I've noticed, quite a few agents are avoiding to use it, and still rely on texting in late, or call-in to their coach. other agents have no have clue what teleopti is, why? Due to Lack of training the week it was released since it was during a launch. So l selt taught among others to right to avoid disciplinary actions.
Needs more functions. What is needed is, alerts for breaks, meetings, etc. Possible a different sound for different slots. I can get the same info on the webpage, without the need for an app.
once you open a link, we have 12, you cannot get back to the home page. I thought maybe it was my phone but happens on all devices. Not user friendly at all. ie You open Outlook. Done and want to go back to ADP, you can't. Was excited to use this tool but very disappointing.
Like everyone else has said, the app no longer recognises the details, even though all correct. DO NOT install as it does not work. It has not worked since Friday 8th October 2021 (and yes, I have checked url is correct and company IT team have confirmed this and are overwhelmed with the fact that no one can access the app)
It's not too bad, it worked on my iPhone 6 but now that I have a new phone, it won't work on this one. I've manually entered the URL, scanned the QR code and it tells me it's not permitted. Would love for it to work again so I know when my shifts are at work. Other than that, it ran fine on my old phone.
Useless. The app is little more than a mobile version of the Web version of Teleopti - minus the notifications, which is the only reason I downloaded it. No options to edit notification settings.
Interface is intuitive after you are told how to use it. Takes some getting used to. Wish there were some customization options like color etc but this gets the job done.
Yup, the app has stopped working (after 18 months) on my Oppo Reno 2Z and the support team can't sort it out. The login just loops endlessly. I've given up trying to sort it with them and just use the Chrome app and the web version.
Useless app since it doesn't work. Uninstalled and reinstalled and still not working. Was ok when it worked, but since it stopped working it is a worthless app. Frustrates me because it is needed for work.
The last update has made log in time much longer by adding in 2 more steps to the process. Also UI is much poorer than before. Very disappointed.
This app is so extremely slow very frustrating, too slow and when it does eventually work it freezes sometimes. Would be great it they can make it function fast like a normal app.
For some reason this will not keep me signed in and when I try it states there is an error. I then have to uninstall and reinstall and it's starting to not be worth having. I changed rating to one star because I am now unable to get in at all.
Used to work ok but for past 2 months has become increasingly useless, often requires log in every time then doesn't open. Last few weeks have had to uninstall app then reinstall to be able to use just once before repeating the process all over again if accessing it later in the day, or any subsequent attempts. So, overall it's a very unreliable app! Not really worth having it on your phone.
