Getting randomly logged out is very annoying. Timing out over and over again when trying to get into the system is also very annoying and time consuming.
Not at all dependable. Hangs/crashes as often as it works. Been waiting for an update to fix the bugs, but none in over a year.
I have to sign in at least twice every time I use it, forget about using the pin. Can't change thermostat using the app most days.
1) log in is bad 2) code doesn't work 3) can't bypass or clear alarms 4) connecting to system is flaky sometimes. Devs... any response to users concerns? 2.1 shows you do not care about your product or customer feedback.
Latest update (2/16/2021) did away with zone history. (3/20) zero communication from devs, latest update removed functionality.
terrible app. constantly asks for pin then the pin doesnt work. contantly booted off when trying to login.
Login is a joke. I have to login about 10 times with my pin before it actualy works. Also buggy once logged in

Where did the history go with the new update?
This has to be the worst app I have ever seen. Why is it the iOS app has so many more features? Why does the android version log you out every other time you use the app? Why does it take over 2 minutes to view one of your cameras live? This is ridiculous given what we pay our security company for something so poorly done and what's the most frustrating thing is that so many other users are saying the same thing and the developer does nothing about it nor acknowledges the issues. Fix this please! So here we are about 2 years later and not even so much as a reply from the developer of the app. Here we are again over a year later and still no update. What a joke! If you are considering a security system that uses this app find a new security company.
New update is terrible. Have to log in multiple times and it usually doesn't work even after that
Had this for years, on same Android. Now it tells me it may not work, and it does not anymore. Complicated password retrieval. Even then it fails sign in with above message regarding unsupported playform!
App does basics for our system, but our firm installed more sensors and the page will not scroll so can view all sensors like we can on home pad. Very disappointing. Also doesn't appear to link with our Nest apps, just our security system...
10/17/2017 Needs a serious upgrade the interface is archaic and in need of serious attention. This is the same rather through the app or web portal. Has your company stopped trying? ---Update 10/23/2017 / I stand corrected. After a two year hiatus the developers gave this app a much needed facelift. I dont "love" it but dont "hate" it either. This was a step in the right direction as far as I am concerned.
Shows "no cellular connection" status although actually connected. Also requires multiple PIN entries before opening to reduced size status icons with an exclamation point. All after the update. Very unprofessional.

Have to log in up to 12 times before it will connect. Waste of time
Glad to see that the app stays logged past 24 hours it needs update it take more than 2 or 3 tires or more before it take it to the control app for security system also add a feature for both the android and iPhone where it requires a pin to disarm from the app so that if your phone gets stolen they can't disarm your alarm
It is horrible..have to log in several time and I hate the new dial for the temperature of a/c. It is stupid. Has serious issues...
This app makes me enter my pin 10-15 times before it will open! Also, good luck going back and looking at the zone activity! If you are needing to go back a few days don't even bother! It will take you another few days to find what you are looking for!
takes way longer to log in than it does to arm or disarm..sometimes 5 or 6 tries...easier to just go in and use the security keypad on the wall..
Stuck on sign in. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Why can't I stay logged in to my own app for more than 30 mins?! If I needed to check my security cameras in a hurry I have to log in again, enter a PIN, then it says go back and enter your PW. By then I discover that the motion sensors were not fast enough to capture the photo/video of someone that I know was at my house. Comon. Why won't you fix this? We are stuck w the equipment and a useless dealer. My Arlo cam & app is way faster, super reliable, and keeps me logged in.
