I'm attempting to do a YouTube video, featuring your product, and it's accompanying Drone, but, your App seems to NO LONGER WORK with the current version, of Android! I tried iOS, and it has issues, as well! There, you have no Share icons, for your saved media, but, at least the Application will open! Hopefully, you'll fix this, but, for now, I guess it's going on YouTube, to warn any future buyers!
It doesn't work on Android 10 and higher! Please release an update/fix ASAP. Thanks in advance!
Not happy Ryze. Why put a product like this out when all your homework isn't 100% done. Can't even use own phone data (by option of wifi or phone data). Very disappointed. You are ripping people off with an unfinished drone.
I don't use this app a lot but lately I was doing maintenance of all my Devices including all my drones specially my two Tello hero drone witch I have to use wifi connection.Its been two weeks now that iam trying to connect it.I always got the message that the app stop.I don't know what that means.Iam prostrate about this.Tried to send feedback to this app, no answer.Pkease response.
Not working on Android 11. Before that, on Android 10, app is very useful and easy.
It no longer works in my Samsung s10e done all the updates, it opens and closes straight away! Now I have a useless drone I can't fly! Cheers
Doesn't work on Android 11. The app starts and then immediately closes without displaying any UI.
App doesn't work at all. I cannot fly my drone now. It's useless and apparently it has been for over a month. Thanks for ripping off your consumers.
Says that it's not connected. But drone is blinking green which means that it is connected. And when opening an app It shows a floating notification which says connected
Read this if you are having issues with the app. Why you are expirencing issues: 1. Either have a incompatible device that hasn't been tested by ryze themselves 2. Or have Installed a custom ROM on your device.
If you have Android, use Airplane mode before trying to connect the drone in the app. Really easy to start using this drone, it's the first drone I ever had. Battery drains pretty fast.
The app is ok It is sometimes glitchy but u just need to restart the app It is pretty hard to use though, so here are help instructions: Turn on drone Wait for yellow flashing lights Open app Click connect Connect to drone Fly
I like to try my gift from Intel, Tello Hero ironman drone , I can not open the App Tello Hero , when it's open it's closes itself. thank you team for any updates? my cell is Samsung s10.
App no longer works on android. Drone is completely useless.
Doesn't work with the normal tello, but doors work on Android 10, which the normal tello doesn't. Don't buy ryze products, support is terrible.

The app doesn't detect a connection to the Tello drone even though my wifi shows its connected. I can't use my new toy.
No longer working on Android. As others have mentioned, now I've got a cool, but useless drone that I can't fly.
Used drone once and now it wont take off anymore. Did the update and configuration but now the rotors spin for 1 sec then it shut down.
Can no longer start app with Android 12 / Samsung.

Nice new interface plus training missions but you need a Tello Iron Man for this app to work.

Don't work on Android anymore on my s21 ultra app just opens n closes paid alot of money for a drone I just can look at now.
I had a really horrible experience. Like this review even matters. I had a beautiful little drone. I had fun while the thing lasted. But the app had been very buggy and it doesn't even work now. Whenever I try to open the app, it stops. Really bad experience and the rating speaks.
