Love the app but notice the boost rewards have been pretty low every day recently, but it nice they give little promotions for special events once in a while. Wish that it lasted more than 1 day. Been getting only 0.10 and 0.15 boosts almost every day when it used to be 0.30 to 0.50 but love watching my money grow. Just know it's not FDIC insured which is a little nerve racking.
I can't stress enough how great this app is. Very easy way to make a generous return on your money. You can open a general investment account and a savings account, and both give you daily returns. Plus, you can use boosts to gain even more investments. Support is helpful and responds to messages within a day's time. You seriously cannot ask for a better way to make cash from your cash!
Enjoy using this app! Definitely not the most user friendly. The sliders for projecting returns are so hard to use to get a certain amount selected. Also the PIN screen flickers since the last update. Gotta wait for the screen to flicker before you enter the PIN. 2/25/22 - locked out of app, no reply from customer service. No access to the money I put in there.
Tellus is a very decent app with a neat user interface. Daily trivia is fun to play, learn some basic real estate things and earn a daily boost. I really liked the customer support/customer success team prompt help/support on any queries. They are ready to listen customers and support their needs.
Edit: They reached out to me to say that there's an option right at the beginning that sets if you're using it for property management or investing. That was not clear, and there should be a way to change that setting after you've created your account. Initial review: There is supposed to be a suite of property management tools in this app, but I sure can't figure out where that is. Instead, it seems to be some kind of investment scheme that looks like a high yield bank account, but isn't.
Deleted my original post. In the beginning there were lots of "rare" and "legendary" boosts. Now all are just common, you get no more than 3.50% if you're lucky. Just as an fyi you can only do one boost at a time so there's that. Found that out after the first few days, I thought you can accumulate up to 6%...haven't done much else. I hope I can get my money back, haven't withdrew yet. Customer service was prompt
They will not let you withdraw your money and will keep giving you the run around about it the app now says I need to update my app to withdraw but I'm already on the latest version. I would rate zero stars if I could. SCREW TELLUS
Many glitches in the app that keep you from accessing your funds. I'm Currently unable to access my funds because of glitches in their new updated version. There are other savings accounts that pay way better apy and don't require the answering of ridiculous questions to get a boost. Their boosts are laughable in most cases. As soon as I can access my money, I'm pulling everything. I wouldn't suggest you use these guys. Do a little research and find accounts that offer 10% or higher. I did.
Don't know how long Tellus will be able to support a solid 3% minimum APY for all users, but the app has consistently delivered results, and constantly allows for extra income. If you care about having a savings account, and don't want it ruined by inflation, this app helps with that tremendously.
Not user friendly at all. Deposits don't show right away despite using zelle. I'll reserve the right to raise or lower my rating with more time. I've started small just to see how it goes. And now I can't even get into the app...it says it's updated but won't even open
I gave it a 5 star because it's a great app, but it keeps crashing after the latest update.
Revising my score after having the issue resolved quickly... Previously : I am unable to login to my account and the "send link" or "reset password" isn't working either.... I have tried contacting them through the support email and through their website with no replys... Not happy with this.
Great customer service. I ran into an update issue. I email them and within an hour they replied with very detailed instructions. I like the daily boost. It's like playing a trivia game but you get to boost your actual money. 3% APY is better than most banks who are not even giving 1%. I've only used it for banking. Their chat response is great and informative. I had a question about statements and they replied quickly.
I do like the savings amount, but getting documents, simple things like statements is very complicated and takes days to get. Need to have quick access before I raise my rating
The worst app ever it says to link your bank account and I put it correctly and instead of working it says incorrect when it is correct please fix this issue

Everything about this app is great! The trivia questions is a plus. Customer service is A1, always on time when u have questions or concern. The apps give no issue with withdrawing your funds. I withdrew 10000 to put down on a property and i earned 300+ in interest just for holding. The app provides just what it advertise and i will be adding more funds to this app in the future.
Great app...recent update brought a glitch and now another update problem fixed.
I am someone who is not very computer or phone savvy and I have actually been scammed a couple of times before, but Tellus is so amazing at replying to me with any questions I have and so I feel very comfortable knowing that my savings are in a safe place. I can feel the people working there are professional and honest and most of all kind and helpful. I never felt judged for any questions I asked even if they come from a person who is still learning about technology. Also, I love the fact that Tellus means Earth.
Downloaded roughly a month ago to use the invest feature and disappointed with the wait-list. I religiously followed in app guidance the first few weeks to move up the list faster, but over the past week I've moved backward or haven't advanced at all. The only option left for me is to invite friends, but I refuse to recommend a product I haven't tested. There are other peer-to-peer lending apps to check out with less deceptive tactics.
Tellus has been a great addition to my tools I use to manage our rental properties. It handles everything I need in one place, which is awesome. I have used it to list my properties, which it does automatically for me on all of the main rental sites, plus it handles tenant applications and screening, then goes beyond with automatic bank drafts for rental payments too! The chat feature has also been invaluable, as the folks at Tellus are super responsive and very helpful, plus I'm sure it will come in handy for communication with my tenants as well. Overall, I think this is a really cool new way to keep all rental activities in one place. Thank you Tellus!
Amazing place to save money at a high interest rate! You can't find a better rate of return for savings. Easy to use app. Highly recommend.
I just listed my first property and I'm so excited! This app has everything you need to manage a listing, background checks, creating a lease, collecting rent, and more. Having everything in one place takes the guess work out of the process. The customer service is also prompt in responding and helping with any issues that arise.

Good investment tool to earn up to 6% APY but I don't like how they intentionally try to make this seem like a savings account when its definitely not, this is not FDIC insured and I had to look way to hard to figure that out (usually I'm pretty savy with these kinds of things too).
Had it for 3 months, no problems. Great interest and the daily boosts are fun and make a difference in your rate.
Fix it! When I try to open app, it won't open and says "update app". Update app button takes me to Google apps, but it won't update. Fix it so I can access my funds.
They fixed troubleshooting problems I had with the app pretty responsively & were AMAZING in responding to my needs to get account information. Thanks team!
I've read other users negative experiences, and yet I haven't had or experienced any so far. The applications navigation is easy to use as well as the design is not convoluted. However, it would be nice to see an additional MFA layer along with the login pin, like a text message or code to an MFA app.
