This app is horrible. I constantly has you check in at all hours of the night. You will get messages that there is a network issue when there is nothing wrong. It also makes your phone slow and sluggish. It's a horrible app and if you have a choice of some other gps options take it.

Hardly works right, constantly saying that I crossed a boundary. Terrible use for parole and probation. It goes off all night and keeps me awake, and it doesn't even work half the time.

Horrible app. Constant network problems, won't let me pay on the app, so I have to call the rude, ignorant people working for gaurdian to pay. extremely inefficient all around. but... it is better then prison..

Serious problem with app. Network problems are daily and facial recognition isn't up to participate with today's technology.

All night it messaged me saying there was a network issue and it reported me to my case manager AKA(Handler) . I have WiFi on a separate system and my mobile data plan on and your tell me that both systems failed at the same time ? There all crooks with a much bigger agenda than most people know about!!! It's plain out harassment and targeting!!!!!!

the biggest waste of taxpayer money being spent on post incarceration. it has costed me a job already because they ping you in the middle of the night while you are asleep. cant wake up on time to get to work. and what does this phone tracker really do or prevent? absolutely nothing. i will be contacting my congressman/lady to voice my opinion before the elections. reentry shouldnt be this annoying and costly for someone truly wishing to reintegrate and assimilate into society after 33 years in.

This app is horrible. It doesn't even say pay now anymore in the top hand corner, now I have to hear from and see my po more then usual.

I agree with Patrick Shemorry (not just because I was in prison with him); it's definitely better than being in prison.

A brain damaged monkey could write better code than these idiots. Worst app ever. Seriously negligent coding. If I could give it negative stars I would.

Using this app is way better than being in prison

This app works well and I highly recommend it and its associated system to any organization that needs to efficiently community-monitor / supervise individuals.

Check in on and see how your loved one on parole etc are doing
