Half the time the app doesn't alert me that there's a message... In any way. It's also glitchy when trying to make a favorites folder, keeping some contacts and arbitrarily losing others
The new update is a disaster. I can't now see who read my messages. You get notified twice for the same message. Notifications comes way late. I would recommend against this app.
I set a different ringtone for calls, but when someone calls the telmediq app, my default phone ringtone and the telmediq ringtone both play at same time. Please fix.
When making phone calls, you often can't be heard by the other person. Notifications don't cut off after you check messages, have to go in multiple times before it registers
3 day outage. App error, no longer able to read messages. Now back to normal usage
New update renders it useless for me. Keeps saying email not recognized. Cant login since app update.
Not very easy to use. It does work exceptionally though.
poor thread organization. would like an option to prevent notifications on iPhone without going off-line.
As a RN I find this app highly useful in quickly and effectively communicating with providers for orders.
Hassle to use, time consuming. Unreliable.
Simply the best communication tool that a healthcare provider can have.
If you use it on your personal cell phone you can not call the patients room.
Uses a LOT of battery on Android, 165 mAh! Yikes
I don't always get notifications.
It is dropping messages
Wont stop making noises
Simply doesn't work properly
Excellent update! The app now behaves more like a texting/IM app, which is a good thing, with improvements in replies, conversations, attaching files or pics etc. U can also access your patient list and assign patients to yourself. However a glaring omission is the inability to sort patients... Right now you can only do it by alphabetically, wish it was possible to sort by floor or room number etc, and print the list or check mark the patients seen for the day. That would be useful. All in all a great improvement.
Allows me to access everything I need
Okay but with problems. Good: Allows integration with scheduling software like Amion to some extent. Allows separate notifications based on priority of message set. Allows group messaging based on care team and patient list which integrates with Epic. Dangerous: The default notification goes off at full volume. When you have your phone to the ear it is a painful and deafening experience. Still loud in the ear on calls even when at 10% volume. Please fix this notification problem.
