At first everything was going well with the application, now I can not even enter when entering the data tells me that there is no account with the data provided and now I am having problems with payments because I do not get the receipts to my house. If you can help me I would appreciate it.
App crashes when you try to open "Tiempo aire" always, it's very slow and I think no one give it support... at least I can pay online. Edit: ---> error: Telmex keeps stopping
I am not a Spanish speaker or reader but I gave this app a shot. I'm not sure if I got it right but after rebooting my router a number of time the service was restored. Would like to suggest the ability to select an English language translation from the app.
It is difficult to get help with service problems through the app. Service is getting bad in my area and as a Non Spanish person, it is difficult to call and rely on the app to submit ticket for some one to take a look at. It's not possible.
Many times has a comunications problem. You need to fix your application...
They offer help through an assistant in the app, but really all they say is they can't assist you with your problem. It's only good to check your account balance and payments.
I have to change my password many times and accept services that I do not need to be able to proceed when I get in. Just right now, I have to uninstall and reinstall. Telmex is a fraud I am paying for $389 for 20 Mbps and only get 7. Today I could not work because I got 7 all day.
If I can bring any star, I will... but I can't, app never works, not friendly. Looks like the developers doesn't care about the quality of their product... I am a developer and I think I can do a better work than this.
can't log in or even create a new account at all. says there's no communication and to try again later. i attempted with two different phone lines. same issue.
I can't do anything in the app - no language options. Can't switch language to English. At least on the website Google will translate most of it for you.
I have tried with no success to log in and get nowhere. What a waste. Guess if maybe I stopped paying my bill they would fix this.
Wont let me log in. Packages on the web browser are not advertised on the app. Internet speed is slow. Very frustrating
Terrible. Installed app but doesn't allow me to register. Asks for phone or email and password but won't recognize anything.
Tried numerous times to use this app pay bill. It does not work! Worthless unless it can be used to accept payments.

Yup...pretty worthless. Internet en casa inexplicably shut down, can't sign in and app indicates thay my email address doesn't exist.

Worst company ever someone committed fraud and had services installed using my information and its been 3 weeks and no one or any of the options for telmex will allow me to cancel the service Worst app worst ivr and just worst customer service ever.Ive asked for supervisors and they just hang up but i see the bill under my name keeps rising.

I'm a US citizen working from home in Monterrey and I have been without internet connection for 10 days! This would totally be unacceptable in the USA. What kind of company is this? Seems like they don't want to keep customers because I really feel like cancelling this service. This is so very sad 😞.
Impossible to use for bill pay.on line! Just keep entering the SAME INFO over & over and get nowhere.
Awful, it won't let me cancel the terrible service thru the step the bot indicates. It's pathetic.
I want to cancel service because I moved but like everything in Mexico they like to make it impossible or too difficult.
Terrible...icons don't function properly and once registered does not accept info.
It works fine but it needs some adjustments to certain automated processes.

Great app, it works easily. I could pay my bill and review my data, go ahead Telmex
Lousy. For such a big company (and a technological one at that), one would think they would invest a bit more on the ways to interact and make things easier for its customers, but no. I haven't been able to use the app in over three months, even after uninstalling and reinstalling it. Have also struggled with the website. No way of checking balance or make payments. I definitely have had to pay the way it has been done for 30 years (physically or by phone). Way to go!
