I'm not sure it's as bad as the reviews. I work as an agency driver and have been using this app for a company I've been with for a few weeks. It definitely needs work but overall is clear and easy to use. I only use the delivery and vehicle check sides. On the delivery the needs to be a full edit facility. For instance if you mark as all items delivered and then complete and realise this was the wrong delivery there is no way to correct it... This is a huge issue and leads to delivery confusion

Doesn't work with Android 12, BECAUAE YOU DIDNT PREPARE YOURSELVES. And now, the solution is respond to every pissed off user, and tell them it doesn't function on Android 12. Real nice, stupid. WE CANT CLOCK IN FOR WORK - THATS CALLED AN EMERGENCY.

App is horrible. Keeps going from screen to screen without me touching it. Has been totally useless for over 3 weeks now. Took me 15 minutes just to confirm 2 days logs after my 34. Have to keep restarting, but doesn't really help. STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. Got so tired of trying to use the truck tablet I was going to download to my phone to see if it worked any better, but, guess what. IT WON'T DOWNLOAD FROM THE APP STORE.

The app was exceptional until my S21 got an update since then it doesn't connect I use the app for work it's been week's I've had to result to another device to connect. Developers haven't responded as of yet. The lack of concern is very disturbing.

worked fine until recent update. I use a s21ultra & verizon service. I've messaged the app developer & have yet to receive a response. I used this app for work purposes. This is a very disappointing turn of events. Terribly poor customer service!

I have used this app for a few years now and it has been problem free. I am running this app on an android s21 phone. On or about the 22nd my phone had an update and now this app will not get pass the login screen. I've got a few drivers having the same issues and just read a review on this issue. I have Uninstalled and re installed at least a dozen times in the last few days. This app will not work. Is there an update that can be done with the app to fix this issue. Please help to fix for us

The app doesn't work with android 12. This has been a known issue for over three months and Verizon hasn't fixed it. Unacceptable. The people that use this app need it for there jobs, for there livelihood. Step it up Verizon. Everyone doesn't use iPhone.

Maps showing no current GPS available while using. Also maps are jumping ahead to the next turn when you are still miles away from making your first turn. Directional arrow bounces around on your maps like it is lost or trying to catch up. NEEDS fixed. if you log into Google play this doesn't happen

Couldn't leave a zero. This is a awful excuse for a E-log. I've been having problems since November 5th. Talked to countless different Tech's. Different one every time. I have to re-explain my problem. Same answer being a firmware or software update. Still does not work. Tired of calling EVERY OTHER DAY! So I have given up and will not worry about it anymore. Bought my own DOT compliant E-log. Guess what? It works.

This app is absolutely horrible. They have switched over to eld now but will not allow editing of any drive time for your logs. This is a huge problem being that if you have logged off of the app and take your truck for personal use you must put it into personal conveyance even if you are logged off also with it not allowing you to edit drive time if you have forgotten to do this step you can not go back and switch the time that you were driving for personal at all. Violations galore! Stay away!

Continuing to show the wrong speeds. They opened south mountain freeway here in Phoenix over 5 months ago, but the app keeps hitting everyone in fleet with speeding as though the freeway wasnt built. People are loosing safety bonuses because of this. I have sent several emails for them to fix, but its obvious Verizon doesn't care.

This app has an issue with android phones, specifically the problem is with the body sensor. Developers take note and fix it. Take example ios, it is very simple and easy going, once you install the app, it asks you right away for permission to gps, body sensor and the app runs smooth.

This app is designed by a complete strangers ! From 2017, through 2018 i used KeepTruckin app, which is designed as a REAL paper Log Book and is, in fact - unique, very user friendly, absolutely WONDERFUL app ! Then, in May of 2019 i switched to an other trucking company, who forced this strange WorkPlan "log book" on their drivers. This WorkPlan app is such a disaster for me - after being a KeepTruckin user for a 1,5 year ! NOT intuitive, NOT user friendly, with HORRIBLE, freaking diagram!

I think this app is junk. It is continuously losing service or needing updates. I have to manually update everytime when it should be doing so for itself. I cannot run wifi for it jams it from correctly working. I do not dislike ELD for it think Pedigree and Rand McNally's are great.

Works 10% of the time. There is a reason they make you sign a contract. My experience with this app is making me consider dropping verizon as my cell phone carrier. My advice, just pick the one that has the highest review score.

This app is unstable. I have to close it out, clear my data and cache from the app, then restart it just to get back in. i have to do this at a minimum of 2 times a day. I have sent feedback and if my company didn't require it I wouldn't use it!

It's time to file my tax return and i need to count all my Days on the Road for the year 2019. Question for "wise" developers of this app : how, the hell, is it possible to see all the Log Book graph pages of my Log Book for entire year 2019 ?How ?! I need to see all the CHARTs of my Log Book and submit these charts to IRS if i asked! This is, exactly, what every OTR Truck Driver needs to count for his/her Tax Return - to be able to write off $66 allowance, per every day, spent on the road !!!

Worst DOT app, loses connection with truck constantly, have to drive in on duty because won't go to drive and will not allow manual setting. Freezes constantly, have to log pre trip and post trip inspections in off duty status before I can even sign in.

Total garbage. No one calls you back when you have a problem. Always looking connection with no support. Switched to keep trucking and not one problem since day one. This company is just trying to get your monthly payment while providing a product that doesn't work.

Is it possible to give this program less than one star? We are forced to use it by our company, otherwise I'd rather chew aluminum foil while urinating on an electric fence! To many problems to list, and customer service always has the same solution, remove and reinstall. PROBLEM NOT FIXED.

This app is usually okay to use but after the most recent update on my Samsung, I'm unable to get past the log in screen. Very very annoying as I have to use this app daily for work. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still no luck

Pre-release version for android does load after sign in, goes back to login page. Might interest someone that people are forced to use this and their jobs are at stake because switching within their company is not allowed! Nice try deleting my original review.

Updated to Android 12, now this software won't get beyond its splash page before crashing. Last update was 2 years ago?!?
