When will we be able to access voice messages via the app? It is incapable of downloading the messages, ever time! And cannot even set the app to start at the keypad so we can dial 101 to call message bank. Is this app being neglected. If so, why not revert to the previous DOT app? As long-time business customers, we pay through the nose, but don't really feel like this is "business-grade".
I used to use the telstra DOT app until it stopped working this morning. After 1 hr speaking to telstra techs, I was finally told this is the only app they support. The main annoying issue i have experienced is that the old telstra dot app showed an icon on the top left of my phone to let me know its active, whereas this app doesnt show any icons, so i dont know if I'm signed in or not.
Cannot log in with S10. App returns an error cannot download configuration file. Called Telstra tech team and after 1hr 7 min they could not get it to work. They transferred me to their Platinum support who said they would charge $60 but not guarantee they could make it work. The version for W10 on the laptop works but might as well pick up the landline. Much promise, little delivery and long wait for support.
Cannot login with new version. Very frustrating as we have a motel and I need to answer calls remotely around the premise. Works fine on my desktop so it's not my login credentials. Please fix the bugs Telstra.
If I could I would give this app a minus rating. It keeps sending me to my room and not allowing me to use the dial pad. I can not check voicemails and sometimes I receive a call then it drops out.
Seems to have gone backwoods. Have to log in every 3 days. Call quality seems to have got worse even on a good 4G signal. Dial pad has to be accessed via side menu now, just too clunky.
I miss more calls than I receive using this app for work. If lucky I would get 1 ring, if unlucky first I knew of a missed call was in the call list. Would not recommend.
I have no choice but to use this app. Many faults that it seems everyone has been having issues with since the Nov 19 update. I don't understand why Telstra cannot fix the issues!!
I was very happy until update 24 Nov 2019. The interface has changed so I am lost. Edit 4 Dec 2019: It would be nice if there was a response to my review. I guess Telstra doesn't care and doesn't test. Downgrading rating.
Absolute rubbish. I wish our workplace would get a new system. Over 90% of calls drop out on the app and voicemails are not accessible. Avoid.
I can't receive calls, the phone rings and when I answer the call drops always. It used to work fine until the latest update.
Frustrating app! I have no choice but to use it for my work! Stable internet but it will not ring once i receive a call! It destroys my work! Look at your ratinga! 1.9 stars! Damn low!
No end of problems with the app. Can't even open it now without it crashing.
This new version is NOT fit for purpose and shouldn't be offered as a business app... crashes, misses calls and totally unusable on S10+
Does not work, have to roll back to older version. App dose not let me log in. Useless update for the app.
i cant answer calls. ive uninstalled and reinstalled and still no good. galaxy S10. it was fine on the S8
Since the new update, people can't hear me talking on the phone. Please fix this issue as it makes it impossible to work from home
Glitchy and notifications sometimes to come through the client. Any raised requests for faults take weeks to reply.
consistently crashes without you knowing until you check your answering machine and you have 10 missed calls,

Terrible app. I have it for my work so I can log in when I work remotely and it is the worst app I've used and there are some dodgy ones out there. I miss calls. Have voice-mails appear that I cant access and cant clear. They just keep popping up. At times it clinches or freezes. This app needs a serious overhaul or scrap it and start again. SERIOUSLY! Even worse its from telstra supposedly the innovators in network/ tech coverage in Australia, what a joke!
