I'm able to view 3 video feeds (720p) and use the relatively basic features of the app. The issue stopping the app from getting 5* is the lack of IFTT integration and very limited Google Home integration, which means the "smart" home isn't capable of being that smart. The app developers either need to spend a lot of time and money to allow (but not force) additional features OR simply allow IFTT triggers and actions to keep my subscription long term, otherwise the system will become obselete.
This app is a joke. It takes 15 to 30 seconds to log in every time you try and use it. The 'stay signed in' setting does not work. Half the time it rejects the sign in. There was a message saying that there will be a new version of the app but nothing has changed for almost 1.5 years. Telstra, either fix the app or give up selling a smart home service.
The idea is right but telstra seem to be the problem here, as said by others for a paid service i expect a far better experience. When the kit you buy at kmart works far smother and adds new devices without a computer degree, futher more why is the camera limited to four... telstra please look at the reviews and do something about it. calling customer support is just a wast of time
Finally out of contract on the smart home after 2 years of paying 25 dollars a month. Telstra wanted 15 dollars a month for access to the app... no way. Now ive got 3 cameras, 3 smart plugs and other accessories that are absolutely useless (cant even use smart plugs without the app being logged in) If anyone wants these things, let me know and you can have it. P.s the last app update was in 2018, thats how much they care...
I got the full smart home setup. Lights, sensors, cameras and they all work perfect. Fast and reliable with way too many features to mention here. Sign up guys, you won't be disappointed :-)
Camera is often delayed taking pictures after detecting motion missing what actually happened. No mass delete for all old images to clear storage - have to delete singularly which is massively time consuming. Not impressed.
Perfect if you prefer apps that take 20 minutes to load and make you sign in every time you open them. Pathetic UX. Brought to you by one of the most wealthy monopolies in the world. I've seen better FREE products with more maintenance from individuals with no budget to speak of
It worked fine at the start. Now my automations (turning a light on in the afternoon and tuning the same light of in the morning) will JUST NOT WORK no matter what i do!
Has changed the home lighting and audio experiences. Makes for good intra-home comms too.
I purchase all the gear and I can't even log into the site. Two weeks now with 10 phone calls to Telstra and still can't log in. DONT BUY THIS GEAR, ITS RUBBISH.
Having issues with log in. Unfortunately it wont actually log in just keeps telling me its loading and doesnt go anything further.
Trying to download to replacement phone with dame sim but wont allow me to sign into my account. Keeps telling me there is no wifi connection, but there is.

I like this app because when you look within the picture it is nice and clear you can keep on your pets and your house your house is say 100%

I had alot of problems with the original app version not registering the correct time zones which was putting out all my scheduling setup. But now I'm happy to say that issue has been fixed along with quite a number of UX improvements. Keep them coming.
Love it! It's really cool creating custom automations based on different triggers, and being able to link/control them with Google Home. Only issue I've noticed is that timers aren't iterative, for example if I set a light to be turned on for 15 mins if the hall sensor detects movement it should be 15 minutes from the last time the sensor detects movement (currently it's 15 minutes from the first time it detects movement). Other than that I think it's an awesome product!
