April 6, 2020. Normally I would rate this App at 5 stars. It is a very convenient service. Currently this App not compatible with Samsung Gallaxy 9, Android 10 update nor Sonim XP8 Android incremental update. "Error: SIM card must be present to perform provisioning." There is nothing wrong with the SIM card. All other phone features work. I must hold off updating 17 phones and wait with 2 phones "out of service" untill this issue is resolved.

I don't have Telus. I have Bell. 3 Telus apps are on my new phone and I can't uninstall them. I have been told by Telus and the Company that made my phone that they didn't install these apps. I have set it to factory settings three times as advised by both companies and the Telus apps are always there. I can't disable them as they load thereselves back on my phone every time and interfere with my other apps. It is always popping up when I am doing something on another app. I hate this app.

The app isn't working on my Sonim XP8 since the Android 10 update. I try to log in and an error message saying "A SIM card must be present to perform provisioning". Even though I have cell reception.. I run a fleet of 140+ drivers who use this on a regular basis. How do I get it fixed?

So invasive opening all time seemingly whenever it wants I can't even touch my volume button without it starting up and updating and it copy's my contacts probly thirty times a day I can't delete it force stop it or disabled it never have I had such a useless app so ruthlessly stuffed down my throat day in and day out

i would like to know how to get rid of this app. It and two other telus apps were on my phone when I bought it. I don't have telus cellular so it does nothing except pop up constantly and it is impossible to get rid of.

I don't know what this app does or where it came from but I removed it multiple times from my phone and it keeps reinstalling and keeps hijacking my auxiliary buttons from camera I've force stopped it disabled it uninstalled it but it keeps coming back like a child who wants more candy

Why does the app always open by itself unprompted. Volume controls also are an issue with multiple phones on the network.. just bad overall

You must buy a Telus license to use. Needs more (different) phone support as list is out dated. Does NOT work with Android 10 (Q) ... Says ... "A SIM card needs to be present to preform provisioning" This will need to be fixed asap!

It will give out error when updating on Sonim XP6/XP7 but works on Samsung S10. I have tested on 5 different Sonim XP6, 2 different XP7 and few different SIM card and few different google accounts to make sure it's not the problem on my end. Can someone look into this?

This app stopped working on Android Galaxy S9 and newer models. Had to buy an older phone in order to use the app, as it is requierd at work.

I don't know what this app does. it just keeps crashing my phone. I tried deleting it but it won't go away. Telus, stop forcing your suckage on me.

Does not work on Samsung s20. Same error. No sim card present

This app starts up every time I turn on my phone, but seems to fail at doing anything other than slowing things down. I don't know why Telus force-installs this bloatware garbage.

Will force quit 90 percent of other apps while in use and just switch to Telus link. Unreliable and spastic

Works okay.. Not letting me choose which default button for PTT

The alert key will not work to call contacts on the telus link app. The volume up and down buttons will work but not the camera key/alert button. Started happening after the most recent update occurred. Had buttons replaced on phone, no change. Staff believe to be a software issue in the app. Needs to be fixed!

The app seems to sporadically decide to "Alert" other people when the phone isn't even being used. Also interrupts messaging apps by popping up in the midst of typing a text message. Recently I uninstalled to re-install it thinking i might fix something with it only to find out now my S6 Edge cannot install it because it is not compatible...yet it is explicitly listed in the release notes. Until this app is fixed, my opinion is Telus really screwed up by shutting down the iDEN/Mike network. Also, I have attempted to contact the development team via the email address included in the Google Play Store.....and guess what, it bounced.

Terrible. I'm sorry but I have nothing positive to say about Telus Link. I switched over two phones from the MIKE network to Link and it's a huge disappointment.

Keeps going in to do not disturb mode after every phone call. You have to manually put it back to available or PTT won't work. This app FAILS in EVERY way. PTT calls are choppy at best. There are very few settings. The app is dated, I MISS MY OLD MIKE PHONE. I'VE BASICALLY SWITCHED OVER TO MAKING PHONE CALLS. Telus are you reading the comments, this is unacceptable for a service. Why would anyone pay for a service that doesn't work.
