I will give 2 stars first. I just joining. It saying take 4 hours for verify my ID card, but in real they still not verify my ID card. I try to contact by chat, email even telephone. Nobody answer 😕
This app is the worse, nothing up-dates, I still have an old no-show fine that keeps telling me to pay it, even though it was paid over 2 years ago. Payments that I received, still says waiting for payment. When we looking at a job, if you go back it takes you right back to the beginning of the day, so you have to scroll all the way back to to where you was. Yes of course I've updated the app.
Temper has a no-show fine of 100€ which is given to those who didn't attend a shift they had applied for. After 4 months of applying for jobs with no success I suddenly get accepted for Flink job, but there WAS NO NOTIFICATION ABOUT IT! No email. No phone call. No nothing. And how am I supposed to know that I was accepted? There is no intention to check the app every day because I was never offered a job in 4 months. Now I get a €100 no-show fine, after working 0 hours. Good job, Temper!!!
The app works well, but you constantly have to close and reopen. Gettting a message that there is no connection. Fix this and the app is perfect
I love the idea, the problem is I keep getting "no internet connection " even though my data is on. Very annoying as I don't always have the option to connect to wifi when I am willing to look for a job.
Why is it so hard to set up an account with this application, i entered my email and it sent me the email login link, once I click on it ,it takes me back to where I started and ask me to do the Same thing and the same time it has refused to recognise my address (7796 HJ). What is the problem with this app or should I just forget it doesn't work anymore?
Awesome place to get hooked jobs for people who are looking. Also, you can create very good work relations with clients if you work good, those that will always want you to come back and work with them!😎
I do not understand why there is a difference in the app version and the online version! This app could do so much more for all parties!!!
Really bad app to be honest. You'd rather stick to their website. It takes ages to load upcoming available shifts🤷🏾♂️
Sign in problems, constantly. Browser has better functionality

Maybe it's a good idea to have the same 'strict policy' that you have about the freelancers about the development of your mobile app. In this difficult time, I apply for 100 shifts, I get accepted just 8 hours before the shift but there is absolutely no notification on my phone. (Yes, all the notifications are allowed for this app in the settings and also in the phone's settings.) I check my phone at 10:30 and I see I missed it. 100€ is a lot of money to pay for something you're not aware of.
