suddely stopped fetching my projects to log my work and when it does it wont submit anyway. its become a glorified timer since its main functionality broke
Does not even login into tempo cloud. App was last updated 18 months earlier...
worked well for a while, but now it refuses to fetch data from atlassian.
We use jira in my company with tempo integration I use tempo normally in my jira issues at the jira website . I would like to use this app but I cannot log in. We use Google authentication with jira so I do not have a user name and password. This app does not seem to support Google authentication and my Google credentials don't work. How can I use it? I'm not even able to write a support ticket as I can't log in to tempo itself....
Does not connect. Does not sync trackers.
Constantly giving errors. App is practically not usable.

really???! fix your f*in app, a*hole. you have customers and businesses dependent on this and you dont have the curtsey to make it work! it works on apple, but not on android. make it work. get paid. simple.

This App is rubbish for Android.
Trackers are not synchronised across devices. Two trackers can run simultaneously, which is an epic fail to my mind. Suitable for dev guys only who has all their tasks in JIRA, if any of your tasks are not in JIRA or you switch rapidly between different tasks - welcome to hell.
Hi Guys, After finding an obscure forum post letting me know i need to login WITHOUT MY EMAIL, but using my "username" i was able to login. After this, the app keeps giving me the error "Failed to get planned items" even though i know there a a lot of planned items in out tempo planner. Then when i attempted to submit it using the feedback function, i got the error "Error submitting feedback" Could you please contact me back with some info as to why this is happening? Happy to re-review as Tempo is a major part of our workflow, but at this point in time, the app is failing our needs.
Crappy app. It doesn't even allow me to login.. It can only display error connecting to tempo cloud.
The app was slow already, and favorites disappear at times. Now the google calendar integration is completely broken and cannot link with google calendar
I found this app a waste of time as I cannot connect this app to jira cloud. Tried support documentation and it did not work. What a waist of time.
The app is unable to connect to jira cloud, giving error every time. It's unusable for me.
to all those with login problems: you just need to login with your USERNAME, not with your email.
Can no longer sync Google Calendar to this app. Makes it mostly useless. Please update and fix.
So the iphone version works fine, but andriod has the "error connecting to tempo cloud" or just closes. Same credentials, same network.
If you can get your information loaded to the app, you can log time. But, IT WON'T LET YOU SUBMIT IT. I'd rate it 0, if I could. Don't waste your time, like I did.

Connection error when login to domain atlasian
The app does not let me connect to atlassian. Says "Failed to fetch work log".
Completely unusable. Cannot sign in because of some mysterious error.
edit: login works now. app does what it promises.
It's a pretty good app and does save time. One criticism would be that the favourites star function doesn't work which is a bit of a let down as it's annoying to have to always create commonly used JIRA tickets again and again.
