Just hit the Music button within the app to reveal the available audio import options. Import an audio file from your music library, Dropbox account or over WiFi network directly to your device. Tempo SlowMo will then load the audio file which you can then play, pause, slow down and speed up to your hearts content.
Tempo SlowMo also has a feature allowing you to drop markers at any point in the track so that you can quickly skip back to that point if there is a particular bit of a track you are trying to master. Special Loop Markers allow you to loop part of a track if you need to master a specific section. Start and End Track Markers allow you to override the point where a track begins and ends.
As well as being able to import audio files from different sources you can also make your own recording and save it for future use.
Unfortunately Tempo SlowMo doesn't support the Google Play music streaming service at this time.
You can export the changes you made to an audio file to MP3 and upload it to Dropbox or send it as an email attachment.
Please note that this app does not support tracks which are DRM protected.

Nice app for changing the tempo. The in app purchase for playlist however is hardly functioning. I add several songs to the list. Save the list, open another list, play that second list, reopen the first, and now it is empty, no files to be seen. I close and reopen the app, second playlist content also gone. Very strange and very user unfriendly.
Very intuitive and easy to use once you get the hang of it. Great work and really useful for whoever wants to work out a pice by ear or practice over something. One small complain though, the app opens up as a choice for whatever type of file you want to open, either document, pdf etc. So please fix this issue and you're golden.
I have volume set at maximum on my phone and in the app. I can barely hear my music. The same music sounds normal in other music players. The app used to work well. No longer of much use without speakers.
As much as I love this app it doesn't work that well with Bluetooth headphones. The song will stop playing and you have to wait a few seconds to a minute till the songs continues to play.
I paid for the playlist extension but is full of problems and lacking basic tools. audios in dropbox are not being played, cannot reorder the playlist. i wish i had my money back as i cannot use it. its a shame because changing the tempo and loop tools are great features.
Great for music learning, it does however have one massive flaw. My phone will always try and open word (doc/docx) documents in tempo slowmo. In short, every time I want to open a word document I have to delete tempo slowmo - I am unable to find a way around this.
this app is just so fantastic, it has helped me to practically understand melodic lines and chord changes. now i can score complex and technical jazz standards by first bringing the tempo down to a lower tempo and then taking it back to the original tempo. you guys are the best
Tried to upload over wifi but the address the app gave me didn't work. Tried the dropbox method but the files dont show up on the app. Could really use a help button or something.
The only app I found that works for what I had need for. Easy button to adjust the tempo and go fw and backw to the song. Really easy especially for shadowing and learning languages. Thanks tempo <3
Works well with songs you can download. Maintains pitch, etc, while slowing down. Unfortunately doesn't let you edit songs via YouTube or Spotify.
Beware these guys they ripped me off I paid for the pro version and it never comes up in my Google purchases and also they only let you import music from iTunes but your Android is looked at as garbage and lowlife so they don't even recognize you yeah it's an apple nepotistic thing but they'll steal your money too being able to do it on an Android phone for tablet but they will take your money.
I used the app for less than 4 minutes and it stopped working. I tried everything from clearing the cage but nothing worked. Its a complete waste of data and the app has so much potential👎👎👎
I just want to download a beat and see the bpm. I don't want to play the beat aloud or tap my screen. I want to simply upload the beat onto the app and it shows the bpm on a clock similar to fruity loops or pro tools etc....
suddenly something went South and i can't use it anymore!! it was the best app on Google play store but now i can even open a song From me Dropbox files.. please fix it..
Good functionality for a free app. A bit clunky when choosing which medium to access a file from.
I absolutely love this app. I ran it on my iPad, ios and android phones. Regardless of platform it works terrific and is easy to use.
It's an okay app but the ui needs to be customized for users. Also needs to stop disabling add-ons that were bought. Offline and in aircraft mode
Useful to be able to vary audio speed in free version, although it does come with ads.
works really well! i can finally play along with songs to learn at my pace. if you go below 50% of speed, it will start sounding distorted though.
Absolutely great for slowing down my aerobics CD's. This helps the clients immensely. Easy to use. Best Ever. Cool presentation colour. 5 Star.
It's great for learning new music. I can slow the song and actually hear all the words.
exactly what i need for practice. slow the tempo and loop it over and over again. BPM really not important to learn tunes.
Good, but it seems to associate itself with every possible file type which is a real usability pain. I'm never going to want to open a pdf with this
Purchased the Playlist option but it won't keep the list saved. Really don't care if it was a $1.18 I would like a refund! Uggghh
Completely stopped working since last 3 months. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling - but still does not work.
For a free app, it's useful for dance rehearsals and I'd recommend it. It allows you to put start and stop point to repeat a section of a song. You can also change the tempo of the song, which is a bonus. Nonetheless it has inconveniences and glitches. For instance, its froze on me and stopped functioning and had to reboot. Sometomes it wont let me move to a different section of the song. And it only has 1 start stop point. I was hoping to put several in. Overall, for free I'll use it.
