TenantApp Properties For Rent

When you have appointments for properties, you can only look at the photos, not go into the ad for that property. If you removed the tick from "send me early bird properties" it puts the tick right back in there on the next property you view, then you get flooded with emails and SMS messages that you thought you'd requested to not get.

The most un-user friendly app possible.As if applying for rental accommodation isn't stressful enough without having to re-fill information in that has miraculously disappeared and having to add in more "additional information",whatever that means,a section which can't be left blank.

Unusable. Sends me around in circles with logins / verification. I'm trying to apply for an inspection. Upon clicking "Apply" in the app, I'm sent to the 2Apply website. I log in (with my newly created, verified account), then it asks me to verify the account. I verify the account (again), then it sends me back to the original login page. And around we go... Edit: I either used another app or managed to use this one on another device. Can't remember. Either way I no longer need to use it.

No properties show up, no matter how I adjust my search criteria and all the reviews seem to be terrible. The only reply given seems to be "this doesn't seem right. We want to take a closer look at this for you.." and so on, that doesn't help me in any kind of way. I won't be applying for properties through this app.

This app was not ready for production. It has so many bugs and after already finding a property on the much better real estate app I still have not been able to stop the emails coming from this app. I don't think they have tested the app on Android at all or they would have seen that the back button doesn't work or it does but takes you backwards through a step process e.g unsubscribe. Some buttons also can't fit all the text and omg it is so so ugly. Map view is also horrible.

This App. Really helps alot. It makes things more easy to understand when going through the renting process. The real Estates have done their Job. The rest is up to us. More tips on how to succeed when applying for a rental just to help the tenants chances of approvel would be a great addition to the app. Kind Regards Bec G

Not selecting properties in Map Mode, randomly changes my filters, Early Bird notification don't fit filters. Support team were of no help, when I explained my issue about clicking/selecting on map view. They constantly requested a screenshot, which would indicate nothing. Also constant security warnings when opening links for properties.

We put in 3 applications which were accepted and then when we look for them in this app .we are told there was problems and we haven't any applications in,which is wrong because we have these applications in.So this really needs looking into immediately and you reckon you had fixed the bugs well this is one big one that hasn't been fixed.

I don't find this app helpful at all. I much rather hand fill out forms over and over then go through the drama of programs that won't accept files or add more then one person per application

Just a terrible app. Every other property website and app works better. Search is terrible, can't set clear boundaries, or select a particular suburb, just a weird radius. Apparently provides early bird features but I don't seem to be anywhere near the front of the queue for viewings, although that could be more to do with agents than the app. Also won't let me import my NDT so wants another $30 for that otherwise my profile won't be strong. Bit if a scam.

Love this app it's easy to use not complicated like other apps. Have found so many places for rent. Quick and easy process to fill out form. Highly recommend this app

When you advertise a property for inspection and you click on it and it goes to the property and no times available we are trying to find a place and that's false and misleading not happy

Unbelievably slow and not user friendly. Takes ages to load up and cant delete properties off the saved list you don't want to have anymore

One of the most intrusive and bureaucratic rental application platforms. Asks for multiple signed documents that you have to agree to again in a second step, more ID documents than other apps... Rental applications in Australia are always like being vetted for "Top secret" clearance, this is one of the worse ones.

It's very slow and the status don't help to identify what's the real situation. The inspections just disappear and it doesn't link two tenants properly. It's very disappointed

Almost a good app for looking for a home. I'm helping a friend who doesn't have a smart phone to apply for places. When I log in, the pin number is invalid every time. Then, after validating, I log in, I try to set up my friend's personal details but you've literally locked my phone number into his profile and I can't change it. So annoying.

Trying to add my son to my group and it won't do it coz it says I have to have tenant app 4 or higher yet I have only just downloaded this app. Absolutely rubbish app

Sometimes information disappears so have to redo it other than that it is really quick and easy. You just have to check through all information before you send to make sure its there.

Best app I've seen in a long time. Kinks everything together. A must have for someone looking for a place to live.

Can this app be made for use on both the PC and the mobile. It is easier for me to fill in the field on a PC than it is on a phone. I am 60 and am computer literate, not so much on the new phones. Please look into this.

I actually love this app. I'm currently in the grueling process of looking for a house, so this app make everything so much more convenient. I absolutely love the feature that allows me to see what properties I have booked to inspect that day, and lets me to pull up the directions for each, making driving from one inspection to the next so much easier.

Constant crashes, inability to view full sized images until property is shortlisted, shortlisting a property stops inspection recommendations, little to no compatibility with the native android back button (closes app instead of going back). As a property search tool, it is very painful to use, but if you can some how manage to find a link to register for a property, it works.

Frustrating to use. Click on link provided by pm and app opens showing "no results"

Insecure app. My information has been leaked. Now I'm getting a significant increase in spam information.
