This app is abysmal. Tenants have no ability to adjust their notification settings or view their documents once they're no longer with a landlord. The app actually tells you they make a copy of your information for you at the conclusion of a lease but if you ask for it they say they cant give it to you

Buggy and infuriating. The date selector for my birthday doesn't work -- I drag it to September and it spins back to another month! Comical.

Since I had to update the app last week, it constantly says "check your internet connection" and I cant get to the bar down at the bottom of the home page to chose where I need to go to on TenantCloud. There isnt anything wrong with my internet. Please fix this issue.

App has seriously deteriorated. I originally started using this service because the app and browser versions were pretty much the same. Since a recent marketing push, this is no longer the case. Every time you open the app now, there is a forced "new update". You may be halfway through a task and then get cut out by this update. Some features have also been removed. You can no longer add payees on the fly in the accounting screen on the app. I'm also unable to download reports consistently.

The app glitches, freezes, lags, and otherwise malfunctions almost constantly. It has "an important update" to install every other day, which nearly always freezes or crashes the app. It logs you out almost every time you close it, and, half the time, the login process bugs out, leaving you unable to even log in. You can't simply back out to close the app; you have to go to the home screen or otherwise close it. It's barely functional.

App and site basically unusable, if I could rate it no stars I would. I couldn't update my profile at all. And when I finally got connected to my landlord it wouldn't let me set up a way to make payments, the option was just gone in the website and on the app the only two options to go further were completely blocked out by the menu bar at the bottom making it impossible to progress any further than the user agreements. You gotta need to fix this.

App interface is buggy, seems to have links that don't work, push notifications do not work, it lags horribly, and the app constantly logs me out. It seems to update every time I open the app but there never seems to be any actual improvement. I do like being able to message my landlord through the service, manage service requests, and pay rent, but the app needs some major developments to be functional. Update: app updated and won't even load/open

Three things prevent this app from being five stars in my opinion. First off is I have to log in every bloody time I want to use it. It's on my phone I really shouldn't need to continuously log in. Second the app takes what feels like an eternity to load. Third It has no ability to control the alerts. Like the ability to turn them on and off and have control over which ones are on. For example over the weekend I'd like to turn off all but maintenance requests.

Very good App We use the browser version to manage my Tenants and properties. It took us 2 months to setup everything more or less correctly, but we do have a complicated setup. We have many properties that we manage with Sec 8 tenants. This is the best app that we found that fits our needs and budget. Tech support is reliable and fast on replies. Yes they still do have many bugs, but they are working on it, all the time.

A year ago I had a disagreement with my incompetent management company. We decided to part way and I was in need of a software to manage my rental and collect rents (my rental was far away). TenantCloud has worked perfectly for me. It is easy to use compare to Buildium, yet it has all the features I need. Price is very reasonable too. I subscribe to the $10 / month plan. I now use it to manage all my rentals. Highly recommended!

Can you guys help me get past error not resolved. It's been this way for a week. I cannot see any bills or anything. When I open the app it says error not resolved. When I open the app with Google or Play Store, I tried to hit login or raise a ticket and it shoots me back to error not resolved. I don't want to have to uninstall and reinstall in case I lose any information

UPDATE: mobile app is too buggy. I also suffered the "Check your internet connection" banner. Just use the web page on mobile! It's SIGNIFICANTLY faster! IMO, great idea poorly implemented and continually made worse. "Updates" constantly complicate tasks, adding multiple taps and screens and scrolling to what should be simple. The mobile app is poorly laid out and mobile UI is a weird mobile web library that hurts both the mobile and desktop implementation. Try something else before this.

Awesome app. I absolutely would recommend it. You can use a fully functional app for free or for some of the extra perks pay a reasonable fee for an upgraded version. I wasnt sire that I wanted to take the time to put my info in because I had tried other "free" apps only to discover they were useless or not free if you wanted to do anything with them. I was not disappointed. This is set up to work for a small landlord or with purchasing the upgrades it is powerful enough for a management company

I used to be able to do majority of my management using the app, and thought it worked well. With the most recent update it no longer opens on Android Pixel 4, it is stuck at the loading screen and has to be force stopped. 1-star for functionality, will update my review when the bug is fixed.

This app doesn't even allow me to log in. And it asks for so much personal information (ssn (in full), address, birthday, address,full name), just to pay RENT. Charged me to link my bank account and now I have no access. And it constantly logs you out. Sketchy. Update: I did connect with a landlord. It never worked regardless.

No longer works....after the recent updates, it loads to login screen, then after entering info, the screen goes solid white. This app was great and I could do everything I needed to do on my mobile. Now I can't even access or interact with tenants.

So far, so good. I work property management and this app can be a little confusing to set up for a new tenant. Once it is all set up, this has made renting so much simpler. We have direct access to when and how much was paid, we can use messages in-app to convey repair updates and schedule meetings and it also let's us itemize the lease. This way our communication is always on point. Thank you so much!

Dashboard should be simple, having lot of functionalies though its very difficult to find them everytime, UI should be more user friendly. And in app it's difficult to type login credentials every time, if adding support for fingerprint or mobile password will be more advisable.

I really want to like this app but it constantly refreshes to "update" which can log you while you're adding tickets, viewing leases, or communicating with a tenant. it happens so consistently that I only recommend using the app to quickly view your account overview.

Horrible. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Last month, I paid my rent and it charged both accounts on file and overdrew one of them. I was charged a $15 fee for this, even though it wasn't my fault. Thankfully my landlords are understanding and removed the late fee from their portion. This month, the money cleared my account and an entire day later has been refunded for some reason but still shows paid on the app. Then you take my review down, nice try. Your support team blamed me.

Great software, use on a daily basis and couldn't be happier. Easy to customise. Regular updates and new useful features. Android app works well and is well designed. Can't fault. Keep up the good work!!
