No longer working. Works only when you are within same wifi network. Once you leave connection or loging in successfully is impossible. Now my 5 cameras are literally paperweights.
It use to work fine. It doesnt work anymore when you are not connected on the same network. It only works when you are using the same wifi network.

Update your app cant view camera remotely i tried to send them an email but tenda seems no response so disgusting

alarms seem working unstable. that is very dangerous if use camera to detect thieves

Stopped working. Cannot log in. Reinstalled and still no success. FIX IT. 30/10/19 Update Still the same problems. Will not connect Probably IPs of the servers were changed and app not updated. Now stuck with 2 cameras that will only function as paperweight. No feedback from Tenda. Zero support. Will definitely delete and put Tenda products on permanent blacklist due to lack of support.
