i am new to the Tenga app, but when i try to signup it keeps telling me that the account details exist on another account, when i try to login with the same details it is saying that account does not exist. what can i do
The app is averagely good. Nothing negative about it. Keep up with the good work.
Great app. Simplified and easy to use
The app is a good initiative but it needs fixing. It has bugs. i.e refuses to reset one's own password incase you forget it. I have been trying for weeks now, it keeps saying, can't fetch your details or technical challenges, try later. Am in a remote area, town is miles away. Please, fix this.
This app is not intuitive and it has poor user interface... You need to work on your UX. And if you once signed up it fails to let you log in on another device even when all your details are right. Really hoped my experience was different. Hope you make changes soon.

It's a good app except that i have been unable to log into my account ever since i changed my phone. I wish this issue can be sorted because I'm not the only one who has experienced this glitch
Everytime i try to log in it says "... try again later." I've been trying for months now. same with the atlas mara app.. before it used to work perfectly but now it refuses to work passed the login stage..please fix this bug.
thr "beneficiaries" (to other banks) function needs a lot of work. (1) you can't view already saved beneficiaries (2) when performing a transaction, you cant select an already existing beneficiary in order to shorten the process and prevent errors . theres only an option for saving, but you can't use the saved beneficiary
this app is really practical...just what you need. it's so easy to navigate and quickly perform your transaction. KYC feature is cool such that I don't have to get to the banking hall just for that.
The app is outstanding and it is performing as expected as well as very easy to operate. Thumbs up to the developer for having developed such a brilliant app. Credit also goes to Atlas Mara for having executed the principal of inclusiveness because some of us who do not have accounts at Atlas Mara are now able to transact.
The app was working just fine on my previous phone. But ever since I downloaded the app on my new phone I haven't been able to log in.
This app has been refusing to Login since when i download it..it keep on saying tht this request cannot process so please try again later but still i tried after 3 days but still there was no change
I have been trying to sign up for hours,almost giving up. I keep the message that I have not filled in all requirements even though I have.
Later after using consistently
I could not log in. Kept on saying "sorry, cannot proceed your request this time. Please try again later." While USSD works perfectly fine. Please work on it.
Good app but, the feature on transfering money from prepaid card to another prepaid card does not work and also transfer from prepaid card to tenga.
It quiet wonderful and are amazing. But you need to work on it, when want to login to another account
The app keeps stopping i tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it again still the same its a waste of time and data
Cant get past the sign up stage. I fill in all the fields but it says one is missing

When there is tenga game show always my line can't go through it is always busy.
app has proved difficult to use because each time i finish entering my details, it says details already saved by other account... how do i access ny money?????
Good app but the saving earnings are to little 3% of every amount you save at list make it 5% dig dipper atlas mara

It's a good app but takes some time to download when you are reinstalling
its really gud,well organised and makes payment of bills easy.
Still very disappointed that it never verifies an account even after 3 re-installs. Fix this bug atlasmara. It's a one star for me
