(Update. My problem was taken care of. I was able to create a new password. However there is still a problem with the message boxes being to small to read. I still have to enlarge so much I can hardly read it.) I am having a problem with signing in. They never accept my password even though it is Google saved. I also get tiny little boxes and text so I have to enlarge and then scroll side to side.
The only reason I gave this app a one star is because I had to give a rating. The app no longer works properly. I can not access any letters. It says I need to submit some documents but I have already submitted those. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but now It keeps saying system error even though I'm trying to reset my password. This app is the worst.
This app is very convenient for uploading documents, however, even after the documents have been uploaded I'm unable to view them and I'm still receiving new notifications that I need to submit the documents by a new deadline. I had to call TNCare to confirm they had received the documents (which they did) because the app is saying they did not. It may be convenient for submitting documents, but it's a bit inconvenient to not know whether or not they are being successfully submitted.
You guys need to work on this app. I can see it being a good app. When it comes to taking a picture you don't have no zoom on it so you have to put your camera up as close as possible and take several pictures to send you guys please work on your app cuz I can see it being a good app
A Disaster. When I tried to create my account it said it sent a confirmation email. I checked my email and my spam folder. I never recieved it. This is after I had to make a new account because the account I had previously made keep saying password error. 🤦🏼♀️ I KNOW that's the correct password because not only do I remember it, but my phone saved it. Then when I tried to press done after entering my password and email other times the "done" button would even work! Whomever made this app f u!
Terrible this app is horrible!!! I have downloaded and deleted and downloaded and deleted multiple times (which was the sage advice I was given when I called the number after we tried to do it on the web site that also doesn't work correctly) I have 3 days left to get these documents in and I can't get this stupid app to accept the password I JUST FREAKING MADE 10011 times. It tells me to go to forgot password and it will send me an email with a temp password.. that email never comes. This sucks
This app is disappointing. It's supposed to allow me to read my documents online, but it won't open any of them. Literally. It's a bit frustrating to have installed an app for that purpose, only to have it take up unnecessary space on my phone. *Edit* The developers finally responded to my review. It only took a year, well 13 months. That just shows how well this team works on this app and for they people using it. To the developers, yes, I found a solution, I switched to paper documents.
HORRIBLE. Website no better. If u can actually get to a place where u are allowed to upload documents, you get an error message when trying to submit. Clicked on upload another document & says pick a category but it is just blank. There is nothing to click on! The website doesn't even give u the option to upload documents if not specifically requested. Garbage. They don't give u a whole lot of time to get the documents. This is no joke. This is medical, life or death. It needs to be fixed. Now.
I've been trying to open a letter, they say I have there. I keep getting different error messages; Sorry system error, please try again, Your app is being updated, please wait for the update to finish and try again, You have no letters at this time. I have also tried to use the website version that was advised, and can't seem to get into it either! This has been going on for two days.
This is my first time downloading this app and it keeps telling me there is a system error and to try again later when I try to sign up and it constantly keeps telling me the same thing every time I uninstall and reinstall the app. Guess I can't use the app at all.
Great app very handy and saves you from wasting time calling in to ask alot of the questions you might have. You can find all various types of doctors that accept your type of insurance. Get answers to many basic questions. You can opt in to receive all your correspondence from tncare directly to the app making it quicker to get your mail from them. The app is easy to use and figure out so even the non tech friendly user wouldn't have any problems using this app.
App is supposed to make it easy to get necessary documents to tenncare but every time I need to do this I get a system error, try again later! Been trying to upload my proof of income for over a week, multiple times a day with same results. Call center doesn't help when you sit on hold for a hour or more, then get disconnected. This is bs...get it fixed!!!
Useless. I got this app as I needed to send in two documents. I thought I had the first one sent but it came up with an error, try again later. Tried 4 times & wouldn't let me upload the second document. Gave up & did it on the computer & the first document was there 4 times!
I received a text telling me I had a letter to read. The app can't even get past the login screen, it just says "There was a system error, please try again later". I'm a mandatory-enrollment medicaid recipient, and I'm confident that this app is made intentionally functionless and impossible to use so that our state government can illegally purge eligible benefit recipients from its rolls. If this continues, I'll likely be filing suit before long, and I recommend anyone reading to do the same.
I can't even press the login button. When I call for assistance, it tells me to try my call again later due to "high call volume". I'm not going to be able to submit my documents in time because of all of this. This is very frustrating. Now I can't take my kids to the doctor. This glitch needs to be fixed asap. I've tried reinstalling the app and still, nothing.
The app worked fine until the March 1 2021 update. Now when I go to the app it shows the blue background and the red box with TN inside and that's all. It does nothing else I have to back out and go online. Please fix
I installed so it would be easier to renew coverage but that is impossible. It just says "approved" and won't let me do anything towards renewing except read the packet they sent me in the mail. Useless app
freezes when i try to take a picture of a doc and i have to restart my phone to get it to move. it also keeps telling me system error so i can't even get docs sent from my gallery. A bad app!
The app wont let me sign in anymore. It keeps telling me my information is incorrect even after i change password. Was having a good experience until then. Maybe there's an issue going on??? Edit to respond: ive reset my password over and over again. Nothing works
It would be much better if you could upload pdf documents too, like on the website. Strange to require image files only. And an unessecary hassle. I will not be using this app until pdf files are allowed.
Today when I signed in, the app simply said I must not have coverage right now? I entered my dob & SSN and it failed to be able to link a case to me. Which should definitely not be the reality, as I am up to date on everything and currently pregnant. If this is a glitch, it's the last thing I needed to hear right now. Someone please address and fix this.
I, like SO many others, truly dislike this app ! Cant get past the login due to "incorrect password" and please dont tell me to try the 'forgot password' option like you have to others. I have reset my password 3 times ! Deleted and reinstalled the app several times, tried to go around the app through the Tn website.. NOTHING ! I now officially cant upload whats needed to keep my benifits for my TennCare nor my Unemployeement ! Im with the others ! If i lose my benefits I will find Council !
App never shows any of my letters and won't let me upload any documentation. I have tried updating and reinstall with no luck. My phone isn't old so it shouldn't be the problem. Will have to keep faxing in everything 😔
App is absolutely horrible, keeps giving me a system error reading. Please fix, I see others are having the same issue and developers haven't responded nor fixed the bug!!
It sucks horribly. You have to screen shot documents if you don't have them on hand. Frustrating for eco friendly people like my self. Really a waste of time and money. It needs updating.
Was unable to do anything that I needed to do on this app. I saw its very poor reviews but I wanted to give it a try so I could avoid having to go out and fax stuff etc. during the Covid-19 crisis. I was unable to accomplish anything. Had to go out anyway. Very displeased. Removed immediately.
This app does not let you view notices or letters pertaining to your case. It also keeps telling me to update when the app opens up. There are NO updates available.
All it does is throw up errors. Doesn't let you send in any of your proof because it just keeps saying "System issues". We can't go into the office to submit due to covid but this app helps nothing.
Uploaded docs multiple times and still says I need to upload the same thing. I can't even go the the website either. Fix these things.
I'm getting the "incorrect password" error, even after resetting it MANY times. I get the same error on the browser version of the website, as well (using Chrome), even when I literally copy and paste the password onto both the reset page and the login page. I have tried reinstalling the app, made sure it was updated to the latest version. There is clearly a technical issue here on the part of TennCare, and no clear way to report it.
