I LOVE the new update! I can now see the checks that have cleared, can pay my bills through the app, and can even make digital deposits! Great job!
I used to love just being able to log on and check how much money i had but now I have to answer questions and if I don't get them right it locks me out I don't like please go back to the way it was.
I'd give it a 5 if paychecks could be deposited digitally. I'm hoping for that addition soon!!
Update from last 0 star rating. Major improvements somewhere in the tech department have this app flowing seamlessly along :) Gave an extra star for the easy to reach personal support if you have a problem. Kudos to TN state bank for those. Downside: still pretty limited in types of functions you can do (no photo check deposit, can't send $ to someone else, can't pay bills, etc). I'm sure TN state bank will review these features and catch up with the banking world soon. They ARE great people to deal with :)
Every time I try to log in it says an unexpected error has occurred. It's been doing that with the is app as well
I love Tennessee State Bank so much better than BB&T and Wells Fargo I had problems with both banks and I finally found the right bank.
Its tells me every time I put password in that my password has expired
This app makes my life so much easier. I never have to worry about how much money I have, cause I'm a few short seconds I can check myself!!
Safe and secure never had any problems
I like the app. It's nice easy to use but would like to be able to deposit checks via mobile app. Once that happens... it'll be a 5🌟. Hope it happens soon.
Wish they had more options
Every time I try to login I typed my pass word And everything then hit log in and it loads then pops back up to the login screen
No way to deposit checks with phone.

Would be a great app if there's wasn't always an unexpected error when I try to log in all the time! Please fix it! I TRY to use it all the time but always getting an error message!
