Audio playback cuts off after a few minutes. Very aggravating.
Audio randomly shuts off in the middle of a replay or a live broadcast on Android phone. It's fine on iphone from my experience with someone else's phone last week. This needs to be fixed.
Website is easy to use and navigate. I've ordered quite a few times from here and products arrive quickly. The only place I order my Vols gear from. I've ordered hats, beanies and bucket hats, shirts, shoes, jackets, rings, socks, flags and a lot more.
MY APP IS UP TO DATE AND I STILL CAN'T GET IT TO PLAY, IN WIFI IN 5G 4G NOTHING !!!!!!!!!

This has to be the worst app I have ever used. I can't tell you how many games I have missed because of this app. It keeps cutting off during the game every 3-5 minutes. Doesn't matter if I'm on wifi or not. Deleting this, I suggest you find a more reliable app to use. I know I am!
Live audio is not stable at all. Sometimes app freezes and will not relaunch.

This is horrible. It cuts out during live broadcast. I'm contacting the university about this.
Great app, has everything Vols. It is how I stay up to date on the Volunteers daily.
Would be great if you can get the qpp to where i dont have to restart the audio of i lock my phone or swap apps
I live in ny so I just love the fact that I can look up anything Volunteers right on my phone...I just love it.
all the UT Sports teams, not just major ones. can't get this on CBS or ESPN.
This app would be perfect if the audio didn't cut off when my screen turns off

Live audio cuts in and out constantly.
Never freezes up unless at neyland stadium. Then nothing works.

Easily allows me to stay updated on how the Vols are doing, even when I'm not there
Obviously app isnt going to be fixed. Cuts off every 3-5 minutes regardless of mobile/wifi connection. Sidearm should stop creating apps if they don't respond to complaints or fix problems!
