Tennis Channel Everywhere

Even after the latest update this app remains terrible. It is often very slow to load, continues to cutoff matches before they finish, and constantly freezes during live matches. Plus, on the fire stick, once an error occurs, the only way around it is to uninstall and reinstall. I only keep the app for on-demand content, everything else is garbage

It does not "remember" the fact that I am signed in, I have to sign in almost every time I want to watch premium content (I am a subscriber). UPDATE: in the latest version it won't stay tuned to TC Plus, every few minutes it automatically jumps to the Tennis Channel stream. This is the crappiest app ever. If it wasn't for the content I would stay far away from this app.

Ditto all the problems others mention. I had WEEKS when I couldn't log in, matches that go off the air DURING the match, channels that change themselves with no prompt from the remote; I have been told I have to sign in & then not given a login screen but a "Subscribe" screen where you must sign up & pay. Also, people who don't subscribe but have Tennis Channel thru cable or satellite get to see the best matches while I'm blacked out. So aggravating! 1 star is too generous for this app.

I subscribe to TC Plus which is expensive. The mobile app is performing terribly on my Samsung Galaxy Note 20. Most of the time, even the free content won't load or play at all. When I've tried streaming the premium content over 5G, it constantly freezes and buffers which requires me to close the app and try again. Basically the content is unwatchable. It works better on the Roku TV device for me. But for the high subscription fee, the mobile app should function as well.

Agreed with everyone else, the app not only forgets that I have a subscription and that I was logged in the last time I used it, it doesn't give me an option to log out and long in again, only an option to buy another subscription. I'm not usually one for leaving bad reviews for apps (or leaving any reviews for apps), but this is just the worst.

App works well. I havent had any trouble streaming on it. But tennis channel Plus prob not worth it. Plus does not include the Cable feed. So for the BIG matches (semis, finals) you still need a cable provider.

Way too expensive of a service to be this unreliable. I have spent as much time troubleshooting the app with their IT team as I have spent using it. I can't wait for a stable platform to become available. It just doesn't exist yet.

Possibly the worst app ever created but sadly they won't play nice and get back on YT TV. Unreal that for 120 bucks it rarely works and when it does it forgets who you are and you have to log back in. Horrible.

It is not perfected yet. I've had many problems signing in. Constantly not working on my phone. I had to give up my subscription because TC Plus was unable to help with this issue.

FIX THIS APP!!! Can't cast to Chromecast. Currently, won't load at ALL on my phone. Glitchiest app I've EVER used. Constantly have to re-login.

I pay a hundred bucks a year for a service I can't access either on my Android or on Roku. The community rating for this app speaks for itself. Fix this immediately, and comp everyone affected for a year.

Cast is broken, disconnects after 20-30 seconds. Stream stops after a few seconds. That's why this scammy app asks for the full year's subscription upfront.

This is a sub par streaming app. Constantly buffering. I open any other app and streams work seamlessly.

Horrible App. It either takes too long to load or it stops working all together. Not recommend.

All of a sudden, on major tournaments like Indian Wells and Miami, there's no coverage.. I don't understand what happened... No coverage at all towards the end of the tournament.

It doesn't open. It crashes when it does. And i go weeks at a time without access. So poor.

Won't let me log in. Keeps asking me to subscribe even when I'm already a subscriber. Please can someone fix this bug! Or refund me!! Stressed!

Streaming is horrendous and will not acknowledge my attempts to cancel. I tried relentlessly to stream tennis while I was away from home, I could not get more than 5 Seconds of a match before it would lock up and I would only be able to start it again if I close the app open the app and started trying to stream again but it would lock up again after about 5 Seconds. I tried to contact them on multiple occasions to cancel and I am getting no response and cannot reach a human via email or phone.

This app allows you to watch some matches, but when quarter finals, semi finals, and finals take place, their PLUS premium channels that broadcasted the games suddenly STOPS broadcasting the games unless you have cable TV. Not sure why they do that for the Indian Wells, and Miami Open so far??? It is unacceptable! They do respond quick for questions. But it does not solve the issue. Later I bought cable TV with Hulu which is not supported as of this moment when this review is written.

This is the worst sports app ever created. School kids could do better. It constantly freezes or is out of sync with the broadcast. It usually works better during big tournaments, which means they obviously just do not care the rest of the time. The sad thing is ot just keeps getting worse. It freezes up all the time now and it never used to do that. Hopefully someone will buy them from Sinclair and produce a better app.

This app (and this service) is not worth the money. The app crashes often, is slow to load, cuts out magically before or during good matches, has poor streaming quality even when data or wifi strength is good, and their customer service is inattentive to user frustrations. If I had two hands with only thumbs for fingers, TC and TC+ would get all ten thumbs down.

I'm only giving the star because you can't submit without one selected. But in response to the question of is there another app.? Yes, i use Mobdro, have been for years and have not had a problem. Yes there are ads, but for free, i see all sports from around the world (tennis, american football, euro football, rugby, etc). You can watch movies, Cartoon channels, Disney channels, news from around the world. Just google the name and it will bring up the platform you wanna use.

Cuts to commercial breaks in the middle of points, constantly. It's really annoying and it's the sole reason why I won't buy TC Plus. I'm really disappointed that Tennis Channel has exclusive coverage of the 2020 French Open. I'm sure I'll miss all sorts of important points while the app cuts to a commercial about i❤️radio for the trillionth time. Happens in my firestick as well. 🤬🤬🤬

Casting doesn't work and no video controls. I have tried casting video to 3 different devices (video chromecast, roku ultra and android TV) from 2 different Android 11 devices (phone and tablet) and I get a "2100" error code and no video on the TV, only the words "tennis channel". I'm a new subscriber and I'm less than impressed with this app. I'm able to cast from every other app I use, except this one. The app has no pause or rewind controls either, like every other streaming app out there

Very bare bones. I mean, I have to use it to watch what I want from tennis channel plus, but I really wish the vods had basic 5 sec forward and back with the arrow keys. Ideally it would also have frame by frame. Basically I just want the basic functions a youtube video has. A big reason I even got tennis channel plus is to be able to study my favourite players. I want to be able to quickly navigate through the video by increments measured in seconds.

I was very disappointed after paying my tennis plus subscription fee to find out that the subscription doesn't get you the actual tennis channel. So the best matches, like the finals, aren't even available. The whole point of subscribing was so I could get the channel that my cable provider doesn't offer. As others have said, the Android app doesn't cast to my TV, this must be fixed.

BEWARE Chromecast and casting in general to google devices is broken and they are not fixing it. wasted 110 dollars on this!!!!!!! as per the tennis channel website: "our Technical team confirmed that our Developers have identified issues in casting with Chromecast and have established this is of high priority. It will be reviewed in Q1 of 2021. At this time, we do not have an ETA of when the feature will be fixed yet." Also there is no Google tv app for some reason
