It is a very good app but there is problem in this app. Its open very slowly if i uninstall and download it again there is no messages and the page becomes the blank i think you have to fix it. I think you should fix it soon

Very good app for students as well as for the School but some demerits are there , that when we scroll up to see previous messages some messages would skip. That's what I want it to be perfect.

Hello, I liked the older version of this app. The new version shows a lot of notifications. The app that JUST allows us the exchange of messages between the school and students/parents would be good. I don't like the idea of so many features like worksheets and exams in one app. I hope the app to be small in size and further features should not be combined in the same app. Thank You. Namrata

I have successfully paid the school fees few days back and requested for receipt multiple times but not getting receipt on mail.

The app is great and all but the problem is it just doesn't open up all I can see is a white screen and then the message pops up that teno isn't responding it's really a headache please fix this. The message sent by school don't show up on time and this results in delay for most of my work. But in all the app is great but the team need to fix certain problems.

Notifications are not reliable at all. Even if you have read the message, you still get notifications for that same message. Sometimes the notification comes as late as 10 hours. Clicking on notification only opens the app rather than the message for which the notification has come. Would have definitely uninstalled, if it was not required by the school. Edited 20/04/20: I had given same feedback in your App first. You never responded, hence I gave feedback here on playstore.

It is a very good app but there are two problems in this app. 1) it skips many messages when we go up to see any message I think you should fix it. 2) it opens very slowly if I uninstall and download it again it shows that there is no message and the page becomes the blank I think you should fix it. It does a meager job for the connection between parents and students to teachers. Any file downloaded is not in it's exact name as what is shown in the message. Everything's unorganised and the app constantly crashes and hangs like anything and not to mention those adds are a headache and what not. Please do try to resolve those issues as these are common in most of the reviews of your app. It's not important, it's necessary!

This app is continuously crashing. After a few days I am not able to enter my group. To fix this I have to to uninstall and then reinstall the app. After this the app seems to be working fine, but only for a few days. Then again the same problem starts. In about a month I have to uninstall and reinstall the app for about 5-6 times! This is becoming a headache. After re-installing, the main problem is that the previous messages vanish. Please fix this.

The app is not working at all. I have to face lots of issues . As it reaches to 99% of installing it stops by its self. Again i have downlod it, then after selecting the option its not getting save. As its not getting save i am not able to move forward . please fix the problem as soon as possible.

It is very good app. It helps the child to learn properly withunderstanding. It tells that where does the child stands. Thanks TENO. The best app ever. Even there are brain games too. It is very easy to use. But after lot of time why it wants update. Whatever my suggestion to all of you is you should try it once. May u like it. Thanks!!

Third Edit : Not the best school app. Definitely needs bug fixes. The notifications for school messages come very late. By that i mean it comes like 20 minutes after the message arrived. So, not the best instant messaging app. Whenever i want to check my marks it crashes. Also it crashed ten times in one day ( today ). Now my system is suggesting me to delete this app. It is making my system work slower. So, If you are searching for a school app Dont choose this. There are better alternatives.

Unable to download attachments sent by school under Group messages. Gives the "Download failed" error. All other downloads work seamlessly on my android phone. I uninstalled Teno and reinstalled, did reset my phone and installed the app again but no luck. This is a critical problem as missing all homework notes and communication sent from school. Need a quick fix otherwise no use of this app. Many other parents facing the same issue. The customer care number never answers the call!

The school wanted to use the app and initially it was good. It used to glitch sometimes but there wasn't any major issue. I even had the teno 1 year learn subscription since 27 july 2020. The subscription includes tests every Sunday. But since the past few months teno has stopped providing the tests. And when I try to open the worksheets the app provides they take 1 hr to open. It's pathetic. I paid for 1 whole year of subscription and barely got half a year of benefits.

very good app.. using it from past 2 years never faced any problem. it makes me aware of all activities and necessary information from school easy to use and communicate. the quiz and worksheets for kids are also very helpful my kid loves solving them and he wants more to solve everytime

I am not getting notifications at all. I have to restart the app to get new messages and sometimes that too won't do the deed. I am finding hours later about messages being sent by my teachers about online classes, circulars in school, etc. And we are providing our feedback here so don't you dare give us another link to know our feedback in detail just fix the goddamn problem already... Worst messaging app EVER !!!!!

So, Whenever I scroll for upside it does not gives smoothness And also skips many messages which is not fair. It means if we have to find any important message it is very hard and becomes more difficult when it skips messages. So, you have to add a scroll bar in the right side in groups and a filter feature so that we can easily filter for which teacher message we want to see and even which date message we want to see and also need many other things to be upgraded.dont say to email start working

Very bad service!!! Notification is not coming at right time and also messages are not showing on time!! Also it is not responding!! Technical problem are also there. New updates are very bad. Features are also very bad!! Kindly fix the problem as it creates hinderence in our studies

Last year I worked in a school as a PRINCIPAL.I was very much impressed in this App. I sent msg. greetings, Home works, results of the competition etc. Parents also send their quary and share their issues through one to one app as it trouble to send in groups because everyone will know. It is a very nice app to connect all at a stretch. If all should aware of Android phones and using net, it will be benifit. Thank you.

This app has some major accessibility issues. Since, this is an e-learning portal, it is very important to ensure that students with different abilities can easily navigate and access the content available in the app. Being a differently abled user, I couldn't find any information regarding the accessibility features in this app. Please make sure the app is accessible for one and all, it would also help you to reach out more number of users and to avoid any legal risk.

It is a very nice experience to use this app . It is very enjoy full to work with it's sharp features . Mostly school apps are very complicated but this app is very easy to handle .... Now these days we all are avoiding physical appearance of anybody and refusing to go school too , due to this pandemic we all are studying at home and using various apps , but I use to prefer and use only teno for my online studies

The worst app ever..... First we never get notifications whenever any new message comes and the notifications come so late so we miss important notes from school. Also it gets hanged many times. I have just installed this app because this is our school app otherwise this is the most horrible app I have ever seen😡😠Very disappointed........ Otherwise I would have given 0 stars but there is no option for that.

It's a wonderful app.It provides us videos and worksheets.But when i start a video it shows that no video for the class.And one notification comes again and again.And when i click on it,the app opens but not the notifications. But the notification does not get deleted from the notification pannel. Sometimes when i open the app it shows a white screen.After some days when i open this ,it shows the same.Then when i reinstall it.There were no problem. But after 3-4 days there is the same problem.

I installed the app and tried to login. I game my details correctly. But it continuously gives message that I have poor internet connection. please try later. I cannot go into the app. And my internet connection is good Date - 30/09/2019 I have updated the teno app. I am unable to download a 35kb image sent in a group message from principal. Please look into the issue.

Its a very bad app . Its not working at all . whenver we open it then , it just shows a white page and then just goes back to walppaper screen . If we uninstall it and then install it again , then it works for a second and then the same .

It's a good app to interact with our school. Easy to use, having good speed really helps a lot to interact with teachers, school. But sometimes I find some problem on it related. Messages . I hope it to be over soon. But overall it's a good app.🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻. Thanks.

This app is useless. Like let the child grow, let them use their own talent . Let them enjoy the childhood. What's good with an app like we never studied or what before. We did too right. Doing projects n homework makes a child develop, helping them use their own brains! Nothings good with an app. Moreover i dont believe as a parent we should have any problem. Common we were also kids back. Involvement of parent in such tasks build up a good relationship between a parent and a child. Just be natural n let education be a fun n fact, not some robotic dependent and buisness sector!

Terrible. This app crashws a lot i cant open it .the screen just goes blank. I yried reinstalling many times but in vain. Its juat waate of time and data. I hope the authorities look after this. But in a word. TRASH.
