TenX - Bitcoin Wallet & Card

Great app. Card arrived in under 4 weeks which is awesome considering world affairs. Easy find things. Great interface. As an update after using it at the ATM and supermarket the transactions were seemless. I am loving the fair exchange rates and no transaction fees. Making this my main wallet now.

The biggest issue with this company isn't it late shipping and lack of response, but it's terrible exchange rates. There is no place where I can buy crypto currency and not loose money spending through Ten X. I will give it this however, they have potential and are solidifying their goals towards creating improvement on the project. If things get better, I'll look forward to giving this another try.

An efficient and reliable means of transacting. But just yesterday when I went to open app it keep asking to reload. Did this several times without success so uninstalled it then went to reinstall it but it would not let me download the app saying there was one app already on this device.

Update June 3rd: staff helped me though this, they were courteous and patient. As of May 31st: Auto updates even when auto updates in play store is turned off, making it impossible to log in. Only registering. Have to wait for support to wake up/finish their weekend, and hope that BTC stays high until the problem is resolved.

Very Bad app, No Sign-up Option, Can't open an Account even from the Site, Totally useless, Needs serious Check. Not Recommended till the Fixes the Major Issues.

I have downloaded the app and have nothing but problems..!! and yet again tells me the password is wrong..?? I manage to get through password and the app switches off?? Then you have to go through process again....app switches off??

The TenX card works well. Was expecting the paywave feature to be slower but when tested, it is as fast as traditional credit/debit card transactions.

At the first, I was pretty looking forward for the first btc visa card to come, thinking of other companies are just copycats, But guess what, I'm wrong, tenx was the one that ended up bring us nothing. I have no faith in this project anymore, and have sold all of the tokens I have. Hilariously, I'm the one that promotes tenx and share this project to all of my friends, writing blogs to make more ppl see it. I'm very disappointed. Farewell.

Have logged in on a PC get to creating a wallet and card and it tells me to download from app store (android) Have downloaded am now having to fill in my details but country of residence stays at Singapore i cant change this to my country of actual residence. Update uninstalled 2x and still same problem!

I like this app so much but it doesnt support my country for purchase 😢😢😢 thats frustrating everytime i go buy btc from other websites and transform my funds into your app just because you have 0% sending fees and i love that ! But i lose a lot to do that 😢 can you please support my Country ? Im from Morocco 😒

Downloaded this app for huawei. And I can't log in. On my. Old. Phone everything was OK. Now I can't log in and aparantly I need to resend my id verification. Surly they have a copy of my previous one. Now I can't log in

tenx update for better or for worse? dont fix what that is not broken . the previous version works. now i can't even access my funds with this version. it crashes everytime. if its half baked, dont sent out for your users to update. do a proper job first.

Love using my TenX card! It's a great way to spend my crypto without any hassle. Platform is easy to use and the support has always been a great experience for me.

I was loving the services of TenX but today i am reducing my rating because they frozen my wallet without any prior information to me saying that i have completed my 30 days. I got the message in wallet that kyc will take less than 2 minutes but as i completed my Kyc, it says verification may take 1-2 weeks. Really sounds very Bad. TODAY IS 7th Day Running & my a/c still Un-verified & i am not able to get my funds also. **NEVER USE TEN-X wallet FRIENDS**

i have a problem when upload document for KYC. app is hang.. can not submit.. uninstall/reinstall does not help. .. :( 14-May-19 after wait more than a week. now it work afyer update app follow by support email. I already update my review in play store to 3 star, then waiting your fast response to approve my document of KYC then see the response time to get Debit card. Let'see.. if everything is good and fast I will increase star rate in review. Thanks

I can't continue my sign in. It stuck at save Important Alerts and Service updates and Tips page. The save button is not working.

Very easy and intuitive to use. I like I could lock the card from the app when I am not using it.

I am Malaysia user, quite upset can't buy the card. I wanted to do payment for games in Steam, eBay etc etc. Does TenX really can't issue virtual visa for those purpose? as physical card doesn't work in Malaysia.

Never had any issues. Love being able to use crypto for it's true use. Would be cool if the market rate was a little lower

Let me pay for my card but didnt mention the uk are on a waiting list. Applied for a refund now am locked out my account possible scammers becareful

When opening app all I get is 'we are experiencing an outage, please reload'. What happened? This is permanent for me.

Do not trust this app. It was created just to get your personal data by trick, they have no any payment card.

I really like the platform and would appreciate it, if you would allow Papua New Guinea to use card that will be greatly appreciated, for now I am giving a 3 stars,get that fixed and it will be giving 5 star ratings and will recommend to others
