The Teresa application is the virtual assistant of the State Secretariat of Finance of Piauí (SEFAZ-PI). This integrated cloud-based cognitive intelligence solution will be responsible for Sefaz's virtual electronic attendance.
It will be available 24 hours a day to assist taxpayers, including weekends and holidays, in order to facilitate this interaction. This tool was created to support the "Talk to Sefaz" customer service.
As a newly launched product, which requires more testing and acquisition of knowledge, the "TERESA" application will initially answer the most frequent questions that taxpayers have about: IPVA, Nota Piauiense, ICMS rates, DIEF, e- AGEAT and Fiscal Documents.
When she does not know how to respond, Teresa will direct the taxpayer to a "Speak to SEFAZ" clerk.
