Great app. Makes it easy to keep an eye on your phone usage and contract information. You can now even enter your clubcard reward vouchers in the app, so handy. A shame the double clubcard points are coming to an end. Would be nice if you didn't have to do a separate sign in to see your potential upgrade options.

I just got a bill for £50, for travelling through France, Italy and Greece. On arrival in each country I was warmly welcomed by text from Tesco. What the text failed to state is that to have the best home from home rates, you have to be connected to Tesco's preferred provider. This should be an essential part of this message. It appears that most of my calls and data were provided by opportunistic providers who latched onto my phone without me knowing. WATCH OUT!

Some functions don't work at all, including the help messaging service which is the whole reason I installed the app after the help chat function on the website was broken. Highly likely to switch providers after this experience.

Latest release seems to have completely broken the app. Since installing the latest version my data usage is not showing correctly and when I update the names for my linked accounts they don't get updated and are showing "simo". Loved this app until this latest update...now it's not working !!

The app says you can change name of other mobiles but tried quite a few times and nothing happens . I've tried clearing the cache data and reinstalling the app but still doesnt change the name.there are no error messages . The new name just doesn't update

Too convoluted to Redeem Clubcard vouchers. My meaning is that there are two codes you have to deal with on two different Apps. I would suggest generating the voucher code from the product ie Mobile vouchers so one does not have to go through so many screens and menus. Thank you. S.

I find it really easy to use. The app gives me the usage and cost information I need with a simple touch of the screen. It is also easy to navigate to find out anything more I want about my Tesco mobile usage.

My overall experience is pretty good, the only thing I find is that when I upgraded my phone I didn't realise the I only have 1GB which I found was not enough. With my other phone I didn't have to turn off data usage or anything like that. This phone I have had to turn everything dealing with the data off or I used all my data and the first month I was 2wks in and had to get extra data as I had not knowingly used my data. Is there anyway I can get extra data for every month cheaply

I've been with Tesco mobile for over 10 years and have never had any trouble with it or the mobile app. It is good value in the marketplace. It's easy to add data and call bundles change your cap change your phone and keep your number. I've never experienced any of the 'glitches' described by other reviewers.

EDIT: Response to developer response. There is NO way to enable PIN in the settings. Only Licenses, Privacy Policy which is an external link that goes to a 404 and Log Out.

Customer service has been poor on this occasion I've recently purchased a new phone, so I just wanted to move my sim to a new account as the old one has expired Tesco then sent another sim and created a separate account for the new sim and number which I didn't need,so now I have 3 accounts with my wife moving to a sim only deal. This has created a lot of confusion.

Great coverage, great variety of contracts all with safety limits. Extensive choice of phones. Very easy to talk to when contacted and genuine help to get you the best suited contact. Very friendly and helpful sales team. I have been with Tesco for over four years and will be staying. Love the fact that some contracts are only 12 months enabling yearly upgrades.

Tesco mobile service and Deta Internate is very poor. Not able to use Tesco Deta Tesco because of poor Deta Internate Tesco takes away my about 10 GB each month yet I am paying money. iv been trying to get into my account for over a year now. I'v spoken to 4455 several times. I'v been in the shop several times and asked them if they can sort it. every time they tell me you will have no more problems. as soon as I try to open my account I get that's the wrong username and that's the wrong password .what can I say ?

Terrible. Seems to nick all my new data renewal and then if I'm running out and need to top off with a one off bundle, the App is having technical difficulty. It's unreliable, annoying and very frustrating to constantly do this. Will not be going Tesco next time

absolutely shocking customer service! 4 complaints gone in 'to be escalated ' still no resolution after 2 months. Since changing my contract in October, I am being charged for calls/texts that should be within my monthly allowance. No one can answer why, their only suggestion is that I should reduce my safety buffer to £0 so I can't be charged!! I was on a uk landline call yesterday, got cut off as I had reached by safety buffer. Good job I wasn't stranded somewhere and was trying to get help.
