My honest opinion is you need improvement on time of delivery. I have face a few delay on the delivery time. This is very important as you charged different delivery charges, on certain time. If there is a delay, it is not easy to call your customer service to confirm when is your grocery actually arriving? On the variety of goods we can choose in the apps is satisfying. Keep up the good work. I also enjoyed all the discount and coupon that tesco is offering, for that i'm very thankful. 😊😊

I like how this app provide variety choices of products. An ideal app to use when you can't leave your house (especially due to the pandemic) or grocery stores are too far from home. They will charge delivery fees depending on the time, but I think it's not much different from driving thru and Flo to the stores by myself. I also like the flexibility that we can choose to return the product immediately if we're not satisfied with it.

Very convenient. The app developers really outdone themselves with this app. However there's one thing that still doesn't sit right with me. When I want to pay using Mastercard, i made it through the OTP process, but when the payment page redirect back to the app, it shows error processing my payment. Hope some backend guys could take a look at it.

Really good and useful app. But there are some features that need to be included .. Like the option of weight of loose items.. Not all loose items have that.. Example.. I just want to order 0.5 kg of prawn but there is no option for that..it start with 1 kg..and the replacement option in case the item is out of stock. And for chicken and big fish, please helps us to chop them. It's really help working from home mom. Thank you.

This is my first time using this app. First, the delivery slot always full. Then, when checkout always show error. Finally when I manage to put credit card info, the payment always FAILED every single time. It has been 2 days in a row and I still cannot buy anything. No, my credit card is fine. Please fixed ASAP, even with MCO 3.0, the situation is not looking so good to go outside to buy grocery.

Useless app. They cant even allow online payment option. There is only credit card option but my payment cant even go through. Even the available collection centre is too far away. Its ridiculous to drive 30km+ to collect goods. Need to improve on more collection center wherever branch its closest to the customer address. At least should allow customer to pick through the branch they desire and under that drop-down option they can see what goods they can buy. Poor IT & logistics management.

It would be great if we could could have the option to "remove product from shopping list when the product is unavailable on the day of purchase". The customer doesn't have to go through the items being delivered to check if the replacement products are acceptable (especially when there are many items being replaced).

APP unstable, nothing describes to show of the items, sometimes show page error and need to reinstalled again only recovered, and the items after I add as Flavorite can't be removed. Otherwise I had an experience on delivery to booked a slot but didn't arrived on estimated time, should I called twice time to follow up myself. Please be aware on your delivery services, this is not a good experience to customers.

Had a truly bad experience with its delivery service. No any notification from them when they had problem sending my goods, and I ended up staying at home for 2 hours, waiting for nothing, but still my money was deducted. When they sent the goods on the next day, half of the goods, mostly fresh foods were missing and the service charge was still the same. And this situation happened several times. I really can't see the point of this delivery service, it's merely a waste of money and time.

Clunky interface that refuses to log you in despite changing passwords and doing the changes via the Tesco sent reset link. Once you jump through all the hoops it brings you to the Log-In page. Once you do this, the App then can not recognise you as a registered user. Use this app only if you have loads of patience. I nearly went into a shouting rage. Be warned! Un installed. I gey more success via the typical webpage. Did an Ameoba design this thing?

Not very responsive app. Lotuss controls the transaction too much. I still prefer the old vendor where we can just book our slot & pay when the goods arrived. Now we have to pay first via credit card before our slot can be confirmed on Checkout. Will be messy if the products ordered are not available. Please rectify for the sake of the customers.

Bad shopping experiences. Orders will be replaced with other brand items, and orders will not be included if it is not available on the day for delivery. You don't get exactly what you order. Delivery is always packed and slots only available a week later. Tesco has to improve to sustain customers.

Only had 3/30+ of the items I ordered that were available and couldn't add on other available items. Had to cancel my entire order and was told that I could only book another slot which would take another few days.. and there's no telling whether those items would be available either. Update: I still have not gotten my refund 😐😠

I've been using the app for many years now. Recently, the delivery service has worsen. I've had orders delayed for days+not informed,was told to cancel my order so that they can cope, rude drivers and more. Over the years, I've tried to be understanding+look at the brightside of this service but in my most recent purchases, I've come to realise that my patience and understanding each time the purchase was not satisfactory, has been taken for granted. So bye, there are better options out there.

Hi. Is there a recent change in the app? Cause last week when i booked, i can still select the pay on the door. Today when i try to book, there is no more option of that. And when i try to input my card details, it prompts me this error, There was a problem processing your card, please try again. If you continue to experience problems please contact customer services. I tried my debit and credit cards but to no avail.

The delivery service is actually good, the app itself is the problem. Can't log in the app, and even try to reset password, said will email a reset password link, but never received. App really need to improve. Thought change to Lotus will get better, turn out the same

I absolutely love this app. It's very easy and convenient. I live in another state and my Mom is in KL. So I use this app to shop groceries for my Mom and got it delivered to her at home. I'd like to suggest to developer to include product's name in BM so those who aren't familiar with English can find items easily and also to include pick up options that let user choose between self pick up or third party rider like BungkusIT etc. Other than that, I'm a happy customer. Thank you Tesco.

please improve your mobile application if you wish to divert people to use it. troublesome not easy to navigate what is it so hard to let theclub member to permanently log into the app or logged the cubcard to it since its the same and under your group. if you wish to provide voucher for customer, just let customer apply it in app and not asking customer to print it at certain place then only to redeem it. whats the use of the point system then? fix it

Can't make an order. This is my 1st explore for this Tesco online apps. But bad experiences I had. All bookings time for delivery are unavailable for entire whole month. Even you can't select any self collection point nearby you.

The app is fine, easy to use and navigate. The Tesco service however is appalling. Deliver drivers are a law unto themselves and don't turn up. This has happened numerous times and the onus is always on the customer to contact and chase up. Then your order is cancelled and regunds take 21 days. I had hoped the switch to Lotus would improve customer service but sadly I am wrong. Use ANY other delivery service you can find but not this one.

Doesn't bother to check with customer for replacement items. At least add an option for each item if unavailable, switch to another selection by customer or option to remove that order. too many times where more than 30% of the items are unavailable and replaced without checking.

I have been using this app since 2015. This online shopping made our life easier. They bring alternatives if they don't have the item I ordered. We can cancel it if we don't need it. Thanks to Tesco for being available in the pandemic.

Have been using this apps since was in KL and its good but one thing is that they intend to swap with items which not in stock(which not that compatible with items we order. Further to the above one more thing that need to improve pls la be on time and not delay almost end of the delivery time chosen. Pls note that your end do offer good offer price but pls base on some bad things happen do not bring down your company namesake. There are other having delivery too. Just improve into some good svc

This app is not friendly and ridiculous when u allow users to register their address and there after no function to edit or add a new address. In the event someone shifted house/has a new address they need to go to the website. This is so troublesome. You need to buck up on the stupidity of your app which does now allow the change of address.

I had the worst shopping experience buying from Tesco Malaysia. Nothing wrong with the app - works fine. But my order, similar to some comments here, was almost completely changed. Lesser quality products were included in exchange for the more expensive on offer while other products were not the same. E.g., cheap toilet rolls for luxury offer item, and Marina tuna in brine for Tesco tuna in olive oil. What disappointment. Considering the delivery fee for only a few items, not worth it πŸ‘Ž
