Tesla vs Lovecraft

Really cool game. I like it a lot. I wish that they would add more options to choose from for survival mode. My favorite maps from the campaign were big city maps where i could easily level up and just have fun mowing down the enemies. But there is only one survival map and its not so fun. Its like a forest map. The game is really fun and welm worth the money though. Too bad the last update was over a year ago and they likely wont implement anything new.

This was actually much better than I expected. It's probably not worth the $10 price though, I got it through play pass. The game is surprisingly engaging for a shoot-em-up and has some interesting and novel mechanics that keep it fresh. I do have one complaint, which is that the "comes with perks" missions don't work. Even if I have the required perk, it never progresses, and there's no way to skip quests.

Great game that needs some tweaking. I'm running on a Galaxy S9+ and using a Steel Series Stratus XL. Like other users have mentioned, the firing stick (right thumbstick) gets locked when the player is moving. I'm glad that there was native controller support, but this bug makes the game almost unplayable, unless you opt to use the touch controls. The story is fun and the graphics and art direction are fantastic. If controllers are fixed, this would easily be 5 stars!

Every level is purely luck, based on what abilities and weapons drop. There is no obvious identifier for you teleport power up status, so you can't tell when you can or can't use it. The game could be fun, but it feels like it was built to be a money pot, rather than any skill. It is all free with play pass which is a plus. Gonna give it a couple more hours to see if it improves, but it's not looking promising.

This game is not very good. First of all, the difficulty goes through the roof early on leaving you unable to progress. And the the biggest issue is that you level up while playing. You have to click a button to use your powerups. When you do, the controls become unresponsive and get you killed almost every time. Graphics are nice, but that's about it.

I must say that I have been looking for a game like this for a while and not only did I find it, I found it exceeded expectations by incorporating a storyline and although the storyline isn't the greatest, the gameplay of it easily allows for anyone to look past that. You can get upgrade that suit your playstyle and how you want, there is nothing that is too powerful unless you get an epic perk! 10/10 game! Recommended to others in real life too!! (Which is saying a lot for a mobile game)

This game is absolute bonkers! What an imaginative concept, I love it! It *must* be played with a gamepad (with 2 analogue sticks like the Steelseries Stratus XL) and headphones. It feels like how premium arcade games used to play like but with the advantage of upgrades. I can only speak for the full unlocked version with the "For Science" add-on as it gives you access to the crazy fun weapons. This is a must get for shooter, sci-fi and occult fans. Also, the soundtrack it amazing!

Uodate: hooked Xbox1 cntrlr, EPIC! the first few levels already paid off the $15!!! Perfection of a game! Those complaining about the difficulty - awww, you havent been challenged in a while eh? I gave up on many games just cuz they're too too easy esp at first. You just have to keep moving, make your teleport button visible so you can quickly get away, just keep moving and shooting! Use every second to shoot, if you don't, the enemy will just grow in number on ya! Best mobile game ever!! ❤️

Please fix gamepad support. On Pixel 3 using BT gamepads (tried 2) shooting direction gets locked while the character is moving. Touch controls do not have that problem. This looks like a bug as pretty much every twin shooter is optimized to be used with two thumb sticks. Update: Oddly enough this doesn't happen when installed on a Nexus 7 where I managed to play without problems with the same gamepads.

Need to seriously allow us to move where the sticks are or just have the screen halves act as hot zones. Curling my thumbs that low onto the corner of the screen is miserable. Otherwise the game is competent, and I can't say it's worth $10 to me, but at that price you can get a few months of Play Pass and grab it. I will try to play again once my knuckles crack :p I would look into adding controller support, would be convenient to play with my Stadia controller.

Controlls feel clumsy and unpleasant. Game feels like something created for mouse and keyboard and then ported to mobile. feels either unfinished, or as a cheap port. Consider adding auto aim,what diablo3 did with their console port. also, i dont get how teleport works, sometimes i can use it 5 or so times before cooldown kicks in, sometimes just 1. Add indicator for charges and cooldown please. stage selection, game over and level complete scenes lag. Version 1.5? Have seen better closed betas.

Don't let the difficulty of it put you off of playing it , it's actually a really fun game when you get into it. the only complaint I have is the teleporting doesn't always work. And there's not enough Health drops and you really need them to get through some of the levels

This is a good game; it's challenging. A bit on the pricy side (I haven't purchased the DLC yet). On screen controls are decent but, this is a game that really wants a controller. Support for controls on a Retroid Pocket would be a nice addition.

Love the game on PC, and have many of their other games on Android but sadly it's the only one of them that does not work correctly with my Powkiddy X-18. The right analog stick aims, but will not fire. Would be nice if they would fix it. It's a great dual stick shooter if you want to play with your tablet, just does not seem to play with android based game systems.

I have a Snapdragon 860 which should be more than capable in dealing with this game, but this game is a mess. Game stutters with every second I fire the guns. I believe that this is an Android 12 issue as this stutter does not go away even if I reduce the graphics settings to lowest. What a shame, I would have loved to complete this game if there was no stuttering issue.

Game is horribly repetitive that wouldnt be so bad if the controls weren't absolute bullocks. Goes whatever direction it feels like sometimes. Stops moving all together.when you really need to count on smooth movements it really let's you down.Just another reason why touch screen sucks nuts. Could have been a really great game if they would have got the controls 100%

1 star for revive button always glitching, okay it's pretty fun but when you die. And chose to revive it ends game as if you died again oh it revives you lmao but game/level is lost immediately after. Definitely not worth $10.00 but maybe $2 or $3 .

The games really fun and for the people worried about day one DLC. It is not really day one dlc because it was added later to the game and it's definitely a full game without it! Also I use an 8bitdo sn30 pro and the controls work perfect, I play it on the go with no controller with no issues also.

One of the best controller-compatible Android games I've found. Unfortunately I'm having an issue where I can't activate any abilities with my 8bitdo Pro 2 controller. I've tried every button, nothing works.

Twice I've played through and got to second plane and twice the game has crashed resulting in my profile/progress wiped. All my aether crystals and perk boosts gone. Won't be playing again sadly. Shame as its a good game. Handset is a S20 ultra.

Fun twin stick shooter. The lovecraftian/teslian themes are presented in dark greens and purples, interspersed with flashes of electric neon. I'm using a galaxy tab 2nd generation and it runs smoothly at the highest graphics settings. Very cool game that is definitely worth a try!

Really fun, love the music and story. Mechanics are a little bit hard. I played on the easiest setting and still got stuck around level seven. Maybe add a slightly easier setting?

I'm giving this five stars because I'm not comparing this game to the other titles this dev released because they make unique twin shooters that aren't clones. Neon Chrome has a good story and works differently, this game is stripped down to a no bs nuts and bolts frenetic twin stick shooter, and at that it is excellent and they've done a masterful job. The levels are short and intense which makes this game ideal for on the go fixes. You want story play Neon Chrome. Will be buying the expansion.

Great game! The limitations of touch screen gaming is evident but still a very playable and fun twin "stick" shooter. I'll buy the DLC too. I will be checking out the devs other titles for sure. Highly reccomend.

Everything looks and responds great, but its just an endless horde shooter. Run around in an arena shooting frantically while they stream at you from all sides. I just find that dull quickly. Neon Chrome had missions, objectives, stealth and shooting. This game does not.

it's really great game. but the sticks should be moveable. the placement of the fire is especially hard to use because there is not enough room on the edge of my phone's screen

Honestly I see some reviews and I don't understand how people complain about this game it may have some slight annoyance with trying to push the teleport button but it's great. I love it!! One said it was based on luck, yes and no yes in terms of the power ups but no because you just gotta be good I guess lol

Pure luck game, each time you are dependant on the perks. Survival is totally impossible to pass. The game is Just plain running around and shooting monsters, no quests or any real objectives.

The right stick makes you turn, but doesn't shoot like it's supposed to with a controller, and touch controls are never good. Game seems cool, but Im not tryna play with touch controls.

Unfortunately I was hoping it was a really good premium game. Unfortunately it is an in app purchasing game. 10€ is really too high for being a fake premium game. The controls are really bad. Pity because I was really interested in various other games of the developer but I'll stay away from them.
