App never works always has problems connecting to tessuti I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and it still does not work and I have the same error message, I do not have an issue with any other apps or have any issues with the network or WiFi connection

Terrible just terrible crashes kicked out payment options don't work i have like klarna ect it's impossible to purchase anything go eleswhere trust me save yourself the stress I've took my business and money eles where another customer lost as they are to lazy or bothered to improve their app

It's well laid and easy to use, but doesn't always work. Often when you click to buy goods it says currently out of stock. I tested this on many different items in different sizes and it came up every time. When the site is working properly though it's good. Just a bit unreliable. Their shops are good though, filled with top designer brands.

Filters could be better and you can't just clear the last item, you have to start all over again. E.g. Filtering through men's, clothing, accessories, then if you want to go back to clothing you have to go back to men's first. Putting items in wishlist asks for size every time, why not have a default according to profile? And i can't seem to login at the moment either, but password reset hasn't sent the reset email yet. That aside, the pictures are quite good and you can zoom in.

Worst app ever . Bugs need to be fixed. Not able to log in or register....

Made a purchase , paid for 2 day delivery, waited a few days. Tried to get in touch with them to find out where item was. Guess what. Their customer service is a twitter account and that's it 🤣🤣🤣 managed to get a refund, and then started double checking prices. Everything can be found cheaper elsewhere

It's always been a bit hit and miss for me . There are times when I've ordered and paid only to have the order cancelled as it was out of stock and other times I've had completely the wrong size delivered despite emails showing the size I'd actually ordered . Apart from that it's OK... more hit than misses

Probably the slowest app I've encountered, crashes constantly, makes viewing clothing a choir I do still use occasionally but is infuriating also says items are in stock and let's you order them then later you get an email saying either some items not available or even all not available, a useless app even a day or two after still showing the same items available

Quality clothing at good prices however the app and website are full of glitches. Bad gateways, item images take forever to upload, cant add items to basket sometimes, issues confirming payments. These are just a few and there are many more.

I've bought a few items but got an email to say some things/all have been cancelled... Out of stock. It doesn't tell you which one so I don't know if I'm getting any of the items. The delivery is poor aswell, no one can tell me what's happening they need time to investigate.

App doesn't open... says product categories could not be loaded. Waste of time.

simple, easy and fast, only thing is that it does not give enough info on the materials and tech (T-shirt & polo, washable or dry clean). other than that, sufficiently great app.

First time using I ordered 3 items. Paid for next day delivery, one item showed up the next day. And the rest of my order is missing. Do not use this app, unbelievably unreliable. And selling services they cannot deliver on. Worst store I've ever used, go primark or river island instead of this terrible store

Well you order something that was priced at £128 .... and when you buy price jumps up to £160 ....the original price.... it would be nice if someone sorted out the shopping app.! Thanks regards Scott

The app doesn't allow you to change delivery options, when removing stuff from basket removes the wrong items. Not the most user friendly app it can really frustrate

Shocking app. Forever has connection issues. To the point of being unusable. Tessuti as a shop is great, and their website works perfectly. The app however is fit only for the bin

Looks a good lay out and easy to navigate but a complete waste off time. Nothing at all loads.

Nothing ever loads on the app since the first time I used it. Also I didn't get the 10% discount code for downloading the app until hours after I made the purchase.

Rubbish. Filter by size, great. Click on item...not available in the size you filtered by. Same as JD. Ruuuuuuubish.

Won't let me view my orders. Says the password & email combination is incorrect AFTER I have accessed the app.

Highly stressful experience just wanted to view and shop for a new coat/jacket the products fail to load then it logs you out giving you a msg the app has stopped working it's pointless

Awful used it twice in a week & both time's the app has stopped working while trying to process payment. Really annoying!

I spent over £200 and still charged delivery fee which is incorrect

pointless downloading if you cant even buy anything from it.. why even have it available for download if it doesn't even work take it off play store till you fixed the app... waste of time

3rd time i have ordered with next day delivery.. not once has it turned up next day .. app is fine.. need to change their delivery provider.

Application runs fine. Only reason for losing a star is Constantly asking for log in each time I run the app.

Used to work fine now when i use the app it wont load and says please try again later (deleted and reinstalled several times which hasnt worked)
