DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. Not only are the questions poorly worded, some of the answers are actually wrong. To add insult to injury, the way that the advertisements are positioned in this app, I am unable to see my test results because it's covered by an ad bar the entire time. What an absolute waste!!
It always freezes and closes you out without giving you your results or even letting you finish. Irritating and a waste of time.
A lot of the questions are arguably either true or false. It doesn't really teach anything it just tells you what it's been programmed to do.
Would give it 5 stars but I can't see my scores because of the ads
Very bad terminology. Incorrect responses for many questions. Especially in the true false area.
After being out of hair school 13 months book with endless hair flights I forgot what I learned in school. I studied nothing but this app until I knew every answer. I passed state board with 87 on first try.
Best and easiest app for studying cosmetology! Also, it doesn't freeze for me. So if something was wrong it must've been fixed.
I downloaded this hoping to get some study time in on the go but it has done nothing but freeze and close out rather than even opening the questions.
Need improvement keep turning off

Im in school now im a full time student at empire. Its nice to know that there is a way to refesh your memory on evrything you learn.. It would be nice if it was done by category cuz i take the practice test but i havnt learnd all of the things that it asks.. Im still in presalon.. But it is awsomw to know that wen im ready to take my states i can go on and refresh my memory.
Everything is cut off, only the top half of the words actually show, the answer to click on are to close to the bottom so whenever I go to click the answer I'm hitting my home keys instead and the next and back button are to close to the top that I can barely press those either. I mean it could be a very useful app if you could actually see the words and not just the top half.
Inaccurately grades tests and practice tests. Some of the"corrected" answers just didn't seem right so I check my cosmo books and the test was wrong. I don't know how many questions are like that but I don't want to take any chances:/
I downloaded this app about 7 ago when I was in the middle of cosmetology school and it was working fine. Now I'm prepping to take my test and the app is a total waste of space on my phone! The buttons are squished together so its so hard to press an option, it doesn't load up tests or flashcards, and the only link that works is the settings link. Just go back to the old school way of studying your books...
It would be a great app, but no matter which test, practice, time trial etc I am trying to take, it freezes during the 3rd or 4th question and goes back to the home screen.... half the time I can't even see if I got my answer correct....
Looks like it would be cool if it didn't lock up after to or three study questions. Using RAZR M with Ice Cream Sandwich.
Why does it keep freezing and force closing. I hv a test coming, this is not cool.
Scheduled my board exam thinking there'd be a wait and I'd have a few weeks to study. It was the next morning. Crammed with this app and scored a 95.
Some of the questions are misleading. I am an instructor. This app. is ok. I do like it. Just try to stick to the textbook and fix the answers being way at the bottom. It is really easy to tap the wrong answer b/c of the ads.
Shuts down frequently. App has advertisements that slow the app down, causing it to freeze.
I love this app for studying but its kinda slow and will shut off on you in the middle of a test or study...
I got this app last year and I never had a problem now that I'm ready to take my test and I like to study on the go it keep shutting down. I can't get past the 1st question please fix problem.
Always, without missing a beat , force closes when I try anything. I thought it was just because of the phone I was using, but now I'm using the htc one and is doing the same thing. Every time I try to answer something, force close .
It works great on my phone the galaxy stella I use it all the time when I want more to study then the school books.
It helped more than I thought. Still would not exchange for books. Design could have been better. Runs a lot of CPU% making the phone run hot. Drains battery. Could use improvement. Info and idea was nice.
I like that it gives good helpful questions to prepare for the test. But it freezes alongbwith my phone every ten minutes
