Password, really!! You never needed a password for this app until the latest update, now you do, what for I really don't know. Two weeks ago I make an account and now I'm standing out in the cold unable to test my water because the app won't let me in. I'm done!! Plus the text to test option has NEVER worked.
Horrible app. It didn't work a year ago and still doesn't work! Still the same errors and issues with the same responses "they are working on it" 🤣. This is a waste of space on my phone. Deleting app and I will never download again or buy their falsely products.
The input fields for identifying your pool size are a total joke. When you choose a round pool it still asks for length and with, the inputs are in meters which it won't accept a decimal for and the back button didn't do darned thing! How are you suppose to identify your poll size when you are limited to enter some metres? It's about as accurate measuring your height with a hydro pole!! Note to see how the app actually works.....
Horrible app. I can't even get recommendations on how to lower or raise certain levels in my pool. The app crashes every time I try to get the recommended steps. Will be moving to another brand as soon as I can.
This app is complete garbage, it wont let me put any info in and then it updated and now I'm logged out. Try to log in, opps, that information is not valid or does not exist, try to reset password and it say that email is not valid, try to re-register, and guess what it says I cant use my email because it's already an existing account.....try to log in again with the same exact email and it says it's not a valid email address......pointless waste of time, might just switch products for my pool .
It couldn't even scan the "Scan here for all details" bit on it's own product's packaging! This is SIMPLE technology. Walmart figured it out. And Amazon. And Google. Heck, my undergrad university had it down 15 years ago! Maybe just put a regular old QR code on the packaging instead. Get it right, or don't even bother!
Update...So I've come to the conclusion, someone at the corporate level needs to get the IT people into rehab. The uninstall/reinstall didn't work and dont believe for a second the reboot will either. It's really bad when someone brand new to spas cant get help. Guess I'll swing it.
Used to be a 5, but this season I can't save my test results! I've uninstalled/reinstalled & it keeps saying something is wrong with the network. Please fix!
this is awesome, so easy to use and such a huge help. the testing is way faster and more comprehensive than the drops. It takes all the guess work out of keeping a pool. Thank you for making it!
Does not work. Manually input test results to get a fix for chemical imbalance. Doesn't do anything past telling me I have a problem. Uninstalled/reinstalled twice. Will be going back to competitor
It appears the connection to the server in this app is broken. Very little works. I can't add my profile or test water on the spa side, only the pool side.
Lousy app. Doesn't save data though supposed to. Constantly getting network connection error messages though there are none. Logged out and app won't let me log back in, claiming I input the wrong password even though I didn't. If you're going to offer an app, take the job seriously and make sure the basics work (or don't offer an app).
