The game is a complete scam. Every time someone finds a slot that pays, they immediately do an update and change the payouts or lower the frequency and number of free spins. They intentionally made it take 50 times the experience to level up and lowered the rewards to get you to make purchases. If they screw up, they intentionally ignore you and refuse to fix it. They redid their lottery feature to raise the prizes and claim it is better now. In all actuality, it is worse.

So a little background. The low quality slots out there are on the many and they either play one of two ways - TOO MUCH losing or too much winning. Both sides become boring but too much winning is way more fun. This app seeks to take your money through purchases in app , only to turn around and make you lose them all in a frustrating unending bash your phone way. I spend more when I win more - period.

Game is acting strange, after this last update I am always getting an error page then it loads and now I'm stuck on the conquest award page and it won't let me collect or close it to play. Update: they finally fixed it, no apologies for it being down. Find it strange that most games will and even give you something for it, not Huuuge!! I have be playing and paying for years fixing to uninstall. And buy the way why does it cost me so much to play?? The game use to be fun not anymore 🥺

Been playing this game for some time & always loved it. However the past 2weeks the app is constantly crashing. Sometimes I can't load the game before it stops working, other times it loads, but within seconds of that, it will just stop working & close itself 😔 Review will be updated if problem is fixed

I love this game but I can't play it anymore, after an event ended (Huuuge Conquest) the podium for the top 3 clubs stay on screen, I have been unable to play, the screen keeps coming back after restarting and reinstalling the app :(

I would appreciate when Huuge makes big changes such as level up and milestone rewards that players receive some notice of changes and an explanation. We always have to figure it out on our own. So many secrets. Raffle winners are never posted so we have no idea who wins. Charms event rewards are secretive. How many players actually complete all sets. Algorithms are a mystery! Would like to see more transparency.

Been trying to play. App is froze. Locked up. Tried turning wi -fi off, uninstalled the game several times. Locked on Huge Conquest ending screen. FIX THIS!!! There is alot of players that are locked out...it's all over Facebook.

What's going on with the Charms I bet high 100m to 250m and don't get anything but small 2 star charms(rip off)!!! And the trading charms with friends is a scam. I don't even see a button to request charms from friends! Now I'm stuck with hundreds of duplicates that could've been trade tokens. This game went downhill.🤬

Playing Hugh Billionaire has become one big headache!!! Playing games has been such a difficult chore rather fun. Too many technical problems...Game continues to spin, kicking me out, texting freezes as do games. I do not get Lottery Tickets I've earned...AND NO HELP FROM "HUGH HELP"!!!

Game is fun but customer support takes. Days to respond and if there is a bug or issue it gets fixed but can take days for them to respond. And I've had more then a few times where I hit huge wins and I didn't receive it. And when I reported it to support they said " everything was paid properly goodluck"

I enjoy this game and interacting within our clubs. I recommend it if you're trying to pass a little time. There a lot of ads but you don't have to purchase unless you want to there are no real rewards except making friends worldwide. 🤠

Bought a US$400 pack for minimum 25 five star charm but didn't even get one new for my last three charms, somehow the last three biggest reward no surprise to me, wouldn't say total rip-off but that's how manipulative it is since it's algorithm from developer has been set for spenders to keep spending & not wining easily, well we choose to spend on it willingly but then that's how they make a living from spenders or else how would it survive that many years.

I just updated the app. Why again after two weeks. It takes up to much data as is and have to delete photos and aoos to upgrade. And it doesn't help anything. Fane still buffers and loses itself when it starts up and shuts down uuuggg

I play Billionaire every day of my life since 2015, the selection of games are excellent , the events are fun and the workouts give you something else to do, than just jumping around aimlessly.. I especially love the new Conquest, and like the Pass to be more often.. I like these challenges.. thank you for an exceptional game !!

Believe it would be keen to have a private chat room where players could send one another messages on different strategies during club games, so the ones you are playing against cannot see! Post scriptum; Also moving your bet amount button to the opposite side of your spin, and removing the hurry up woman from being able to block any of your choices during bonus rounds... Un til my 4bil points are replaced, I will not spend another penny!

With the amount of chips that I have purchased over the years you don't win as much as you used to & it is almost impossible to get the silver & good puzzles completed. Before years ago it was much more fun & everyone who participated & purchased a lot of chips would win a lot more & was way easier to get the silver & gold puzzles!!! Wish they would change it back to that & also still be able to help others that needed extra chips. This made it so much more fun to play and win.

Love the game its great having teams.. the jackpots should be easier on the big payouts. I spend a lot if money on chips etc so expect a little more winnings because of this but am happy with how good the rooms are yet some just take all your chips and never pay anything. I still would recommend it to friends though

I'm giving one star at the moment. Been playing and spending money for a bit no problem. Then 1 purchase I didn't receive my items. Contacted customer support. Sent screenshots and everything. For them to ask for more because they didn't read the dam email. They either give me my money back, give me my items, or I'll contact Google.

Well I have been here from the beginning and this app is on a downhill slide. I have about 45-50 accts accumulated from starting over trying to win but I don't think you can win on this app. If you need to speak with support, you better pack your lunch and supper because it's not happening!! I average spending $1000 a month but they don't care, seems like I could get an answer when I have a problem but they find ways to make anything that goes wrong on their app, the players fault!!
