Not a big fan of the design. Seems to make paying with a debit card more difficult then it should be . Everytime you go to pay online even after your logged in you have to enter your policy number to do so. Should be already there to make it easy on customers .. just not a well thought out design
not user friendly. have to use a different site to pay, and they charge to process because they only take checks online instead of cards. it is a total hassle to pay online with this company. super slow and rarely works smoothly.
DOESNT STAY LOGGED IN!You only need this thing when you are getting pulled over by a cop or getting your car inspected. Unfortunately if you don't remember your username or password there is no button on the homepage to recover it like virtually every other sign in. Sucks a$$! When someone is asking for your insurance
What's the flippin point if it doesn't show you ANYTHING. It says your signed in but when you tap on something it says you must be signed in, while the only option on the top right is to sign OUT! POINTLESS!!!
This app is not user friendly. You log in and then click on a menu item in the drop box and it wants you to log in again. A big waste of time. Will uninstall app.
I am no longer a Texas Farm Bureau Customer, but let me explain why I give it a 4 star rating!..also why it doesn't get a 5 star!...TFB was my insurance company for 15 plus years-auto and homeowners, excellent service, no hassle claims when I did have a claim, easy windshield replacement services, they had great automobile rates!..with all of these accolades, why did I switch?!?!...I moved to a different county and they could not offer me competitive homeowners insurance where I now live!
Insurance card has never been able to download. You can't pay your bill without logging into the website. Not sure what the purpose of the app is.

If you want the best No fuss service when you have a claim, this is the company that you are looking for. While they are not the least expensive, there are numerous companies that are more costly. You get what you pay for and I appreciate no hassle claims. Example - we had a small roof leak. I expected it to be fixed. After they examined it the company put an entire new metal roof on and then painted the entire vaulted ceiling. Can't ask for more than that!
What genius thought of a downloadable app that you have to install and log into just to link you to their website and log in all over again? Absolutely stupid app and the person who designed it should be fired and find a different line of work.

App does basically nothing. To perform any action it links you to website through browser.

I can log in, but I get error messages when I try to pull up my card or any benefit information.
When the app works, it is great but now it won't show my insurance card. I have to log into the website from the app. The entire reason I wanted to use the app was so that I didn't have to log into the webpage. I don't hate the app just frustrated that the insurance card is unable to load from the app. Looks like I am back to carrying a copy with me at all times.
