Thumbs down. Tried to update paperless statement email address on website. Wouldn't work. Downloaded the app, the SAME EXACT look and experience and *problems* as the website. Totally useless.
All I can put in is my username it cut off the password and the log in button. I've deleted it and read downloaded it several times same result.
You cant ever see updated info wont even pull up my account. Many times its always the same thing. Says i have no svs active nor will it pull up my bill statement nothing nothing... Bad bad bad app deleting.
You cannot even hit enter when you put the username and password. You have to hit the enter on the keyboard. This app needs work.

The app is just the website... there is not actually an app version, it's just the website presented in a way that looks like an app.
Easy way to pay your bill! Seems like they worked out all the glitches recently, definitely recommend it
Useless app
I have been trying to get logged on for way too long. It will not let me finish setting up my account.
This app was great when it work. They did and update and that's when is quit working. I called them a few days ago and notified them if the issue. The guy a was speaking to on the phone checked his app on his phone and it wasn't working either. They know if the issue but have not fixed it
This company is absolutely terrible and the worst thing is you have to use them. They also must hire some of the worst Developers
I could not get pass the logo screen. If you are going to put an app out there for your customers, you should make sure it works.
Seriously! This is not a user friendly app. I just want to change my payment information. Instead of having it say some where "I want to... Change my payment information" so that you can do it yourself, I search and search and just tells you about the different options. I know the options! I need to change it. I've never had issues with any other app but this one. I just changed payments for 5 other apps. But this one take the crown of complications. Do not recommend.
