This App does not work. You can put in your info, but that's it. It will not let you go anywhere else. It is frozen on your info page. The only option that works is LOG OUT. TH Aetna IT should Fix it or take it off your list of service. It was a waste of my time.
Garbage app. Won't let me create an account. Not something you want to deal wiry when you need medical care.
Keeps crashing. Try to use forget password and it will send me an email but then link says the code is invalid.
Could not sign up. App wouldn't allow me to continue after putting in my information. Uninstalled
useless. tried to register and it will not complete registration.

App crashes every time I try to open it on my Galaxy S8. Completely unusable.
Easy to use. And the wait was minimal.
This app has many bugs and flaws. It did work to eventually talk to a doctor but I hope the improve their app.
