Texas Health MyChart

For about two years now, I've been experiencing inability to log. It either fails to recognize my log in or password. I contact IT for resets. This time, one reset worked & back to the same inability to log in. Cannot communicate with Drs, read notes etc. Please FIX 4/6/2022 Went to ER after a recent fall. The Admissions clerk to special time to get me bk into MyChart. Found the display & formatting changed & a lot more user friendly. It now remembers me!! Thanks for FINALLY getting this fixed

Great app and quick results from tests. Easy to use and even the doctors are impressed that I get to review my results before they have time to see them. Use it to pre-register for my next visit which saves time, even review my billing. Everyone should try this app and see how impressive it is. Well done.

MyChart is a mess. Answers are frequently not saved. Instructions to "hover" are worthless when one is using a touch screen. I could go on. I find it a worthless waste of time. I've answered a number of the questions before and saved, they still ask the same questions. MyChart strikes me as a good idea not well-vetted.

I love the efficiency of this app and all of the things I can do with it. I've literally never experienced any glitches or technical difficulties with this app. It makes communication with my doctor and his staff so easy and convenient. Highly recommend.

It's now easier to get test results, see up coming appointments and any messages I might have. Really easy to navigate

Love the app. Information is good and responses from the doctors office is rapid. But why every time I log in I get a post saying that I need to update my contacts information and when I confirm that all is good I get another message saying the same thing?

Love it! Simple design, easy to use, all my health records and information at rhe touch of my fingertips. Only thing I wish I could access is my Vaxx record, but otherwise everything is pretty stellar.

Every time I try to login, I have to change my password!!! So I'm going to stop using it. I don't like wasting my time fooling with this app. You won't get this message because, you have no "Summit" button.

Never allows you to log in. What's the point of having this app if it always fails to provide a positive experience!

This is a great way to stay in touch and communicate with your medical team. Also makes scheduling and confirming a breeze. I love it!

If you're with TexasHealth this app should be apart of your life. For me it worked perfecly from the start. And it keeps getting better as I learn more exploring it, and using it. The most useful app on my phone. It's like having your doctor and all that intales right in your pocket, or purse.

I prefer interacting with people over machines and technology. Bring the old way back.

When I want to send a message to my doctor office didn't see that option, they can send me the message but I'm unable to message back.

Excellent app. Well written, great UI, and it lets me easily contact my doctor and his staff at any time. One suggested improvement: Please add the ability to autofill my login info with a password manager such as LastPass or DashLane. It's frustrating trying to juggle between multiple apps to try to find passwords, only to have me have to restart the process because I've been kicked out of the app again for "my security."

They say there is billing information and payment history but there isn't. And payments made through this app came out of my bank account but don't show up in billing so I got a back-dated bill today for $1000 since 2018, all of it stuff I paid. The system integration with accounting software is hopelessly broken and I probably have to go to court now. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

Violates HIPPA. Overall a fairly good app, BUT, it continues to share your info even after you have severed links to persons who previously had access. This is not a minor bug, and should be addressed immediately.

very intuitive and easy to navigate. cool to be able to see all my labs and measurements going back years!

I love how I can message my kids doctors with questions and concerns. It's a lot better then calling the doctor all the time. It's a lot better then having to go in for an appointment all the time. Super helpful!

Dr Vallarino is exceptional. He has a bed side manner like no other. He will always explain clearly and in ways that can be understood what may be going on and what treatments are necessary. Highly recommend this Doctor.

Very useful information. Reminds me of appointments and will put appointments on my calendar. Can alo read after visit reports. All information is in one place.
