UPDATE: I contacted the TPWD. I received an email back saying a problem was found with the update server and corrected. You would think that someone would be checking for problems daily. The app was working correctly 09/22/2018 I uninstalled and reinstalled. The app still displays last year's dates. After restarting my phone getting can't connect to the internet
I have tried downloading it multiple times and every time I open it says network error. Unable to update regulations data. Any reason for this? I used it last year and it was really helpful. Wish it would work.
It'd be nice if the app provided pictures of the saltwater fish as it does with freshwater. Other than that its very simple to browse around and find what you're looking for.
As a die-hard saltwater angler this app is crucial for ensuring that my catches are legal and it also helps me to identify species. I refer to this app multiple times a week and recommend it to anyone spending time in the great outdoors of Texas

This is one of the best things TPWD has done. You can purchase/manage your licenses here, see regulations, and according to the game warden I talked to, use this in place of your physical license if you lose the hard copy.
Great app, easy to use and all necessary information available for Texas hunting and fishing enthusiasts. Especially like ability to purchase and see license details at anytime.
Im totally ok with my tax dollars being spent on this app. It works great and saves me a lot of time each year. Kudos to whomever oversees this project.
Still shows 2019 White tail hunting dates. Not sure how to force it to update all the info. Shows last updated in may 2020.
The positive of having the regs at my fingertips to be sure I enjoy our state's wildlife legally would outweigh a lot of negative, but I've had no negative experiencs with this app.
Its glitch got a citation for not having licence when the app shows it was still active. Dont work they don't even onor the app. Just trash. Not good to show proof of licence.
Includes some good information but when I try to link my fishing license to the app, it just keeps saying "account not found".
Good tool to have, license is available on line and very useful while in the field.
If purchasing any fishing hunting licenses don't use the app or website I purchased an annual and they were only going to give three months for the price of an annual license.
Over the years I forgot a lot of stuff and with this app I don't forget and it helps me prepare for everything

Been trying to download since 7 this morning, still not done at 4:32 PM. Still not loaded after 2 days, so I guess I don't need it.
This app is great. I used to never have a book with me when I needed to refer to it. Now this app provides the book right there on my phone.

1. App keeps crashing when navigating through different sections. 2. App is behind. Shows my licenses are up to date in 2021 even though it is May 2022.
