Texas Regional Bank

I downloaded the app right after opening my checking account a few yrs ago and it has been one of those ' how did I ever live without it' things ever since. I love the fact that I don't have to worry about making it to the bank before it closes for simple everyday transactions, inquiries or deposits. I can pretty much check whatever I need to, set up and pay bills, etc. whenever my schedule permits. Love the convenience!

I don't remember ever having issues with Tx Regional app until today... Using same sign in info as always, yet I'm receiving error message; something about 'unable to verify your identity.' Going to re-install app, see if that fixes issue for whatever reason.

Ok, but a few glitches. It doesn't close by itself when I leave. Sometimes won't let me sign in with fingerprint or PW. Overall easy to use and info is set up logically.

Updated operating system and now app doesn't work Get white screen and then shuts down. Reloaded app many times and still doesn't work. It is Sept 18 and the app still does not work on a Samsung phone.

It's a little clumsy but gets the job done most of the time. I have a Samsung Galaxy G Fold. I can't deposit checks when using the app in the folded position. It only works in the unfolded position.

A while back had downloaded this app and I cannot what so ever get in.It'll just shoot me back to my last screening or home page. I even tried downloading it on another phone. I can't use it at all period!

Overall an easy to use, good app. Seems safe enough. My main issue with it is that if I try to check my account balance any time in the early hours of the morning (i.e. 1am) it does not let me log in. If this issue would be fixed it would be a 5 star app

The app sometimes works sometimes don't. A bit frustrating. last update was in October 2021 . its already 2022 .Those Techs need to go back to work. Good Bank but APP not so much.

This app keeps crashing before it even loads up, On my new phone. Never had a problem with my old one. All this happened after the new update.

Very pleased with the way this app works. A varity of thing can be done. Only down side is that there is sometimes that it will not let you log in for about 1 day or so.. But besides that its great.

This app is pretty hit and miss sometimes it opens sometimes it doesn't, and then I have to do things the long way in person. Is there any way to fix this bug ? I'm not even able to log in.

Always very happy with the accessibility, performance, and all options of taking care of what I need to for both my personal and business account.

Never works, probably one of the worst up times I've ever seen. App and website down 80% of the time. Pointless app...

I wish I could make transfers between accounts without having to re-enter my password! I logged in why put password AGAIN?!?!?! Doesn't make sense...

Really need to be able to screenshot for proof of transactions. Not sure why a security policy when there is no personal information showing?

Good for bill pay, easy to deposit checks and love the option to check my balance without having to log in.

App won't open on my Samsung S22 Ultra. Just sits on a white screen with the TRB logo.

The app is user friendly but lacks options for the customers to turn off and on.

Overall, i like it no big issues like other bank apps. If i need help i call the bank and problem solved!

I am trying to open the app an it shows a white screen and it atommmatically closes the app.

It needs to work at all hours of the day and it does not, after midnight is when out of service in my experience??? Online banking is 24/7

It's not as easy as some of the other bank apps but it's consistent
