Texas Steak Express

It was a little difficult navigating on the app but everything else about this place is awesome including staff and their assistance when I had to call them due to an app issue. Just some updates to make sure that all the items are available for us to choose from. For instance, when it asked if I'd like to add aside it only gave three options whenever they have many more side options. Thoroughness of the menu, accessibility of choices, and possibly an icon for an option to call with questions.

This app is difficult to navigate, not intuitive at all. It wouldn't let me order the dessert that I wanted, but there was no message saying that it was out of stock or anything. It just didn't respond at all when I tried to select it. It also changed my order to a different entree the first time. Also, the No Thanks button should be highlighted since clicking on the minus ➖ sign doesn't tell the app that the customer doesn't want to order a side dish. That was quite frustrating.

When trying to modify meals many of the options don't work. For example when ordering a burger you can't select both bacon and jalapeños. It's one or the other. There's a section for chips that includes grilled onions and grilled mushrooms. This section only allows you to select a single option which prevents you from adding anything else.

Needs a bit of improvement. I couldn't select some items and it doesn't have a prominent button to go back to the menu so you get stuck in a loop if you need to go back and add stuff. It also wouldn't recognize my address so if I get delivery, I have to put the apartment number in special instructions.

The app is quite frustrating as it clears everything you have done if you need to switch between screens ... I had to look up my zipcode the first time and the second, I got a phone call ... the cart will let you add items but not remove them all together. THIS IS NOT A REFLECTION ON THE RESTAURANT QUALITY it's an app review!

App Check Out Feature is Flawed. At check out it did not have the option to pay at the resturant with cash, only credit card or gift card. When I tried to use Split Pay using two credit cards it gave me an Error message saying to select payment. I recommend these fixes and other than that it was a very easy app to work with.

The app works really well. I had no problems navigating the menu and finding what i want, which is amazing compared to apps like door dash and grub hub that are ridiculous to work through. The food is always great. They have some off the most tender steak tips I've gotten anywhere.

Almost perfect. Can't select individual items (example: roll, butter... etc.) I've had go onto the actual website to save an order as a favorite in order to select a side. Other than that the app is very convenient.

Wish it would save card info. Works well, even updates when items are unavailable avoiding issues at pickup. Would be improved if it indicated this rather than just removing the items from the list making me believe they no longer offered them.

Not very good. Tried to split payment only for it to tell me I needed to select payment type (which I had already done) so paid just using one card then had to make the delivery instructions less that 10 letters which is stupid. The app is overall slow. And it doesn't save your card info.

Easy to use and I like that there is a reward I was able to use right away. Only issue I had is that i would liked to have had the option to choose the temperature of my burger and to know if the toppings for the baked potato were going to come on the backed potato or on the side.

The app has had issues since it was created years ago. I have never had it operate with full functionality. Now, it will not let you select drinks, sides, desserts, or extras. We wanted more than just entrées. Heading to Outback...

tried to order hamburger. could only add jalapeños but wouldn't let me add bacon, tried to order desert but couldn't. so if you're happy with the app that doesn't allow you to order everything on the menu I guess it's a good app but for me since it wouldn't let me order what I wanted to order from their own menu I could only give it two stars. you would think a food delivery company would make sure their app for placing orders would work correctly before they launched it.

unable to click on some items, so I selected the item after the item I wanted and am able to hit the back arrow to get to the item I want. other than that, the app is super easy and convenient!

No issues! Easy to navigate. Dont need to sign up because they have a guest option. I hate creating an account so this app was perfect for me. Extra bonus is the food is amazing!!

Very easy to use! Simple but effective design, navigation makes sense, easy to change an item that is in the cart when someone inevitably says, "Is it too late to change my baked potato to loaded"?

This app is only somewhat intuitive. The menu is hard to order from because I don't know how big a small, med, or large ribeye is, and not being able to pick the oz leaves it up to them on what size steak you get and how much you pay.

Glitched on me. Had to do a Guest order. And A Google pay and PayPal payment option would definitely help out a lot. I almost decided just to call in the order. Definitely appreciate Apps that make ordering Easy, and efficient,. This App has a lot of room for improvement, but I re-entered info, because the food is excellent.

the app works moderately well, although if you want a sweet tea, you have to select the gallon and move backwards. that's only slightly annoying.

Works great. Easy to apply coupons, save info, and order quickly. I like the delivery and pick up estimated time. Very handy!

Horrible app design took me forever to sign up because important elements are broken they obviously slapped this together for the cheap. wont probably be ordering again because this companies ordering procedure is always so difficult. didnt order for the longest time because of this then thought they had updated since they got an app I was wrong.

Great food & prices. Lacking a little in the app. Could use an option regarding how the meat is cooked. Also a time estimate would be nice to have for delivery..

Quick and easy. Gives you eta for delivery time and has a spot for special instructions. Top rate, just like Steak Express's food. Special Valentine's dinner without all the prep time. Just like magic!

Really great app that is laid out well. Placing an order was a breeze and checkout was very easy. One of the better food ordering apps out there.

Food is good, app is horrible. There is a place for gift cards, but it doesn't work (the store even tells you this if you call).

app is ok but several items don't come up to order when you click them. especially sides. only chips working and was trying to add a dozen rolls but couldn't.

Buggy app. Kept kicking me out when trying to create profile. Wouldn't allow auto populate, kept closing. Creating Password wouldn't work, it does not specify criteria to tell me what wasn't being accepted or what is acceptable.
