ToGo started as Tall City Delivery in Midland, TX. We are a restaurant delivery service, picking up meals from a variety of your favorite local restaurants and delivering them hot to your home, hotel, or office.
Our goal is to deliver a variety of great food, deliver that food in a timely manner, and to treat every customer with respect and consideration.

The delivery times are way off. Before I ordered it said 25 minutes. After I ordered the actual time was an hour. Instantly tried to contact them and no response or reply. Went back to the order app still said 25 minute delivery. Food was ice cold. Horrible app horrible customer service. Favor is alot more reliable use with alot friendlier service.

Horrible. Extreme markup compared to other delievery apps. Will deliever from across town but states the restraunt across the block is outside their range. And on average their delievety time is atleast double what they state. And good luck getting any money back on an incorrect order.

This app needs some serious work. The business as a whole needs work. They jack up menu prices, add a delivery fee, and a "prime time" fee. Your total ends up to be DOUBLE what it would normally be. On top of jacked prices, you wait a minimum of an hour.

They prematurely offered service in my area of Buda, TX. When there are drivers available, they are indeed nice and courteous people but it takes them forever. However, on 4 separate occasions now I've either received a text or a phone call that no driver was available and given the option to cancel my order. No apology, no hope for a better tomorrow, no nuthin.

4 times in 2 weeks I either haven't gotten my order or it's been an hour+ late. One time I got a call asking if I wanted to wait or cancel. The first time my food sat at the restaurant for over 45 minutes. They said they would make a fresh order and bring both I got 1 cold order. The last time 35 minutes after it was late I called the restaurant, they told me the order had never been placed. When I called to ask what was going on I was told they didn't know & to not order thru them anymore. 0/10

I use this app to have lunch delivered at work, and I used to like it when I could input the delivery time. Except since the update it is an automatic ASAP delivery and by the time I get to eat my food will be cold.

First off their menu is not the same as the restaurant. Second they mark up each item by about 15%. Third they did not deliver the entire order and when asked the delivery driver says they did. Fourth about half of what was delivered was wrong. Horrible company and overall bad experience. Grubhub is better.

Completely over priced a $20 meal can cost double. I get delivery fees and a small service charge etc but getting rich off every order is kind of uncalled for. Pretty much a rip off.

Never saves my login. I have to enter my address every time I open the app to start shopping for restaurants. What I want is to be logged in when I open the app and for my saved delivery address to automatically be selected.

Not sure about the service, this review is solely based on the app. Sucks. Half way thru it cleared my cart causing me to start over. Adding my address was an interesting game of timing the "submit" button just right because as it comes into view it's covered by some stupid ass navigation bar. Apps don't need to be flashy, they need to function. Forget about your "awesome" auto hiding button bars, make the app easy to use.

Order was canceled without my knowledge and nobody called to inform me. I waited for food that never came, finally I found a contact number and when I called a girl named Andi resorted to screaming at me when I asked why nobody contacted me about my order being canceled. Very unprofessional and rude when I called back to speak to another manager the girl who answered was rude and didn't want to take my message for the manager. Dont order from this app!!!!

When I had the Texoma Delivery app never a issue. When they changed over to this site it has been nothing but problems. I can log in and get into restaurant. As soon as I click on menu items the screen freezes up and will not continue. I have called and sent emails, still have issue. I order on a regular basis and now can't make orders until this problem is fixed. I'm really disappointed with the tech guys at Texastogo. They really need to get on the ball and fix this issue, or I'll be forced to go pick up my own food again.... Y'all are better than this,,please,please,please fix app so I can be a very happy customer again.i wanna be a happy customer....

2 out of 3 times we have ordered it has been wrong. If you want something different like no gravy or something. Expect to get gravy. Im uninstalling and using a different service.

This app is pretty underdeveloped. The captcha for the contact us doesn't work. I don't have any confirmation that my order was received. I don't have a way to call anyone to double check. Picking up my location is 50/50 on it working properly.

Worked fine the first couple times I used it then they said they re-mapped their delivery area. Now I am excluded from use. I am 5 minutes from most of the restraunts.

Used to like this app as my wife and I would order food pretty often. They updated it and it won't take our orders anymore. I am deleting it now after placing an order 3 times and it failing to register.
