Texoma Delivery

Have always had a good experience. communication is great. My delivery has been right on time every time I've used the service. A delivery person even called me once to verify what I wanted because the restaurant had changed their options slightly. When I went to place another order the following week, the options had been updated.

This app is not user friendly at all. It desperately needs updating. I use this for delivery when I travel for work so I need the full details of the saved address visible available to make sure it's right when I go to order. Also need an itemized receipt to be generated by email or text message. No delivery status push updates from the app only emails? Pull your app out of 2010.

Great service customer service was great they talk me through this thing made an order the app said it 50 to 60 minutes the driver showed up in 30 minutes very professional I like this better than doordash

I ordered a few times and everything went pretty smooth this last time ordering though my food came completely cold I got a hold of texoma delivery. They said it's basically up to the fast food place to make things right. They said it's not their fault and there's nothing they can do. I will never use that service again. If I'm going to put my money through and pay them extra for delivery and I still have a mandatory tip to pay, and they can't get my food to me hot. What good are they!

Great service, arrived before they said it would, people are friendly seriously recommend if you're looking for a good food delivery app download this i had some speculations when i first got it but it exceeded my expectations:) only problem was that you can't pay with anything except credit card but other than that great app

would've been great but it never let me add items to my cart after selecting what i wanted, so i never got to check out, very frustrating, please fix. can't login on the main screen, it's like that part of the ap Ip has no response.

Terrible, not once have they gotten my order correct, i dont know if its the app or the driver or the restaurant but i've had consistent orders over and over again missing whole entrees, drinks, etc. Never using again.

Terrible app. What's worse is the actual service. There was som missing items from an order and they simply dont even care enough to respond. I cannot recommend using this service. You have been warned.

Used to be good but can't use it. Gets stuck on "Order Could Not Be Processed" and loading icon that never goes away.

App works great, just be sure to use the address that Google maps has for your address. Thanks for the quick response on my question through the app!

Great service, but I can not save my address due to the save button being under the menu bar at the bottom of the screen.

This app is freezing and takes longer to load ,have had to restart my phone numerous times to get app to work..... This app needs an update or something to make it work better

Have always had good service but the app won't load. Please fix the bugs in the app. Until then, I'll use door dash in Gainesville

I can't open any restaurant menus to order something. I tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it. No help.

first time user, here!! The Delivery fee is more than fair but most importantly, the Service is priceless!! accurate and awesome service!

Never used before. App shutdown before 11am due to high volume? Uninstalled. Won't bother trying to use it again.

It is very convenient but a little pricey. All the drivers are very nice . It takes a little long to get food but for the most part it is still warm.

Couldn't even log in. Just says unable to create account. Won't tell me why and won't log in through Facebook either. Waste of time

Terrible more then once.. Tried to contact them and got no response!! No resolution to messed up order!! I wont be using them again!!

Delivery times are always 60-75 mins no matter the time of day... just not as convenient as other services.

Nothing I wanted was available and when we did get an order it was not correct and look like it had be just tossed in the back of the car

Doesn't work with any other payment type then credit. Used them since they were txtogo and now I will never order from them. Oh well. Business of me and my friends has been lost.

They spam your phone with promo codes but non of them actually work in the app. Complete scam

Great options but never any drivers in the evening time.
