Installed it. Seemed to work OK. Found it had adds in it. Immediately removed it. I couldn't find any option to purchase it without adds. So, I will look elsewhere. I have a zero adds in any of my apps policy. Period. I'll pay for an app anytime I need it, no problem. I will not suffer any adds.
This one is an very functional and straightforward use and menu. It has all the basic function you need; choice of opening and saving directory, it reads txt formats, and it has file sorting, and saving features! Most importantly, the generousity of the group to do away with mind distracting ads!... Kudos to the program designer, and the JellyBeanUser Group!...
Nice interface. Can read and write txt files from/to SD card, but can't edit them. Needs too many clicks e.g. when saving the file and tapping within the note before I start writing.

okay as a basic editor but also lacks basics like saving as different file types. Has syntax highlighting in screenshot but doesn't recognize even xml.

For me this works perfectly fine and it can even edit read-only .txt files which makes it perfect.
This editor is perfect for my use. I can create new files edit existing files and copy and paste with ease.
BE QUITE CAREFUL DON'T INSTALL THIS TEXT EDITOR IT WILL SABOTAGE ALL YOUR WRITING YOU CAN WRITE PAGES AND EVERYTHING WILL GET WIPED AND A BLANK PAGE WILL POP UP SUDDENLY. Unable to open existing file, and it shows 'Folder' as folder name to each folder if you try to open anything

The old update was Good this update is bad now I can only open Google file because of it I cant open the app or the android folder

This is good for among us. I bet people never heard that game in 2 years. Wow I never heard it in at least 1.
Hate leaving a bad review because this app supports split screen which I was looking for, but I when I'm prompted to use an app to open a txt file, and then I choose this app, this app crashes. Meaning I can't edit the file at all. It works with other inferior editors so I'm pretty baffled. That feature is very important to me to open files from my cloud storage provider so I cannot rate this higher.
