The application is great ... does the work perfectly ( i use it for subtitles). Although i removed 1 star as no option to not rename the converted file event after moving it to download.
Does not detect "UTF-8 with BOM" encoding. It detects it as simply UTF-8 & consequently fails to convert it to UTF-8.
Wonderful app! Works just fine. It realy converts the text encodings.
I would *love* to give this app five star rating, but its only available as addware. Give me a payfor add free version and I'll gladly rate it five stars.

I can finally read my Chinese txt novels! This is the only app that did what it's supposed to: changing the encoding format so Chinese text is no longer jibberish. Also surprisingly fast and easy conversion. Entire book was converted in seconds
Got what I wanted, and I was so much in need of a text encoding converter as I had an issue with the encoding of my text for my repl.it for my school lessons, and I was running out of time. The other app that I tried had an issue with picking files and folders, but this app had no problems at all. 5 stars. Wish I could rate more
