I am extremely dissatisfied with this app. We had it on our youngest daughters phone although our oldest daughter was paying for it so as I asked her to she canceled it under her name and I tried to set it up under my account well it never has allowed us to use it, and I've just now realized we have been billed for the last 3 months totaling about $45.00 for an app that still is asking me to subscribe and authenticate or whatever it is I have screen shot both of these pages. As well as I still cannot get it to work on my daughters phone even after uninstalling and reinstalling. So 3 months I've paid for nothing. I will say when it was working it was a great app. And I hate to make negative reviews but I cannot afford to pay for a service that is not working and seems to be won't work. I can't find now where to place a complaint and am just completely disgusted now. I would recomend with 5 stars if this app would have worked as well once we tried to switch but I didn't think I would be charged either for a service that says it's not activated and says I need to subscribe.
I was never able to use this app to see my grand daughters text, because it would not adapt to her IPhone. I have made request after request to cancel to no avail. Then they bill me $49.99 again and when I remove my credit card they send me an email. I have not been able to complain or to get the $49.99 back when It would work on her phone. I am so disappointed. No customer service. Not good!
I'm really pleased being able to see my daughters text messages, and I like the fact that they date back even before I got the SaferKid app. What I don't like is that I cannot see call history or see who she adds to the address book, I just get a notification that she's added somebody and I have to search through and try to figure it out. I like it well enough, but I would like it even more if I were able to see more of her activities.
This app just wasn't what I was looking for. It takes a very long time to load and is utterly inconvenient. It crashes consistently and takes a long time for new information like the websites that my son has been using and his texts to come up. I do not reccomend. In fact I strongly recommend against using this app.
Horrible. I paid 200 for the whole year and it just loads without actually updating. Pictures sent can't be seen and her call history won't go through and none of her web history has showed up. What a waste of money. What sounded like a good app is a waste.
At first it worked great. We set the phone to disable at 10pm and restart at 8am. Well for some reason the app flips this by itself. It keeps enabling apps from 10p to 8a. I don't know why I have to keep going to superpowers everyday and fix this issue.
So far my experience has been terrible. I recd notification to complete process in 12+ hours and even when I open the app it stops! Still trying to complete the startup process.:(
Complete nightmare. Turns apps back on in the middle of the night. Continues to deactivate apps in the middle of the day. Does not work as designed.
This app is very useful, especially when my children disappear into their devices. I can see what they're sending and turn the apps off if needed. Right from my phone.
After looking at many safe kids apps, I love this one, I can see what is texted, I can control the apps being used. And instead of taking the phone away for punishment I block the usage of the apps. They really thought of everything!
For the last several months it doesn't update but once every few weeks. But they have my money for a year, so I guess I'm stuck. I would not recommend this app
I would rate 0 stars if play store would allow review without selecting at least one star. Didnt even bother with the free trial. Cost of the service is more than the 2nd line for my kid's phone!!!!
easy to use. lets me keep an eye on most things. have issues with editing app times sometimes but overall ive been pretty happy.
At first the app worked fine until after around 2 hours it crashed and I haven't been able to turn back my phone until now and the same with my daughters phone.
what a pain to setup and I cant override app permissions. on my sons android we use MMGUARDIAN which is MILES ahead of this app. I want to be able to restrict or allow whatever apps/app genre I want and this bases it all on her age. so annoying. now I have reset her entire phone to fix it all.
Unfortunately the app keeps having to reload texts etc.and has me wait 24 hours to do it. That is not worth $80 for 3 months. I think the trial should be longer than 7 days with as much trouble as I have had in 2 days of attempting it. I haven't been able to get the full experience to know if I like it. Right now, I do not like it.
